Located in the heart of the Athenian riviera only 20m from the beach of Varkiza, this residence is ideal for a couple or a family.

This residence is on the 2nd floor of a 2022 newly built building located in Varkiza, with luxury spaces consisting of one living room, one kitchen, one wc, a dinning area, two bedrooms with a sharing en suite bathroom. The flat is fully equipped and has heating and cooling systems, WIFI, NETFLIX, and all Cosmote Sports Channels.
Other things to note
The flat gets the necessary cleaning of mattresses and couch certified by TOTAL BIOCLEAN SERVICES.
