The staff were great and very helpful and friendly. The room however smelled very bad upon entering. Like wet dog and feet. It looked like the carpets hadn’t been vacuumed, there was debris all over. Overall it was okay. Just not very clean.

Elevator said it was 5 months out of inspection date and sounded terrible. First room we had smelled like pee. After switching rooms key card failed to open door multiple times. The desk staff was amazing though

From the area and pictures it looked like a great affordable place to stay. Upon arrival I didn’t have a good feeling about it. My bed had stains on the comforter. The room had a smell to it. I checked in at 3pm and checked out at 6pm. I could not stay there.

Hallways smelled like a wet dog. Ice Machines aren't conveniently located, our room was on second floor and there were no ice machines on our floor.

There was trim hanging off the walls, the shower drain was not secured because the screws were broken off and sticking up & when I stepped on it it flipped off and my toes went down the drain, the exhaust fan was held in by two screws hanging out the sheet rock ceiling & the elevator was expired since November of 2023. Was not a good stay at all

For Breakfast we do serve two options of meat for breakfast pork sausage patties and turkey links. I am very sorry no one let you know I will be sure to speak with our breakfast staff to make sure they are letting our guest know , Thank you again for your feedback it is very important to us.

The entire property is old and needs updating. The wi-fi was horrible and kept cutting off. The key cards kept failing. Had to go downstairs probably 5 times to get one of the cards reprogrammed so we could get back into our room. The staff was wonderful and super friendly but overall the property really needs an upgrade.

It was frustrating because the key cards to the rooms (more than one room and more than one card) kept failing. We had to go downstairs several times to have them reprogrammed so we could get into our rooms. The hotel itself is just average. Nothing fancy by any means but the staff was really nice.

The staff (Daniel) was super helpful in assisting me with switching reservation names from my daughter to her friend when we had an unexpected change of plans. He made sure her friends could check in with no problems, sent me confirmations of the change, and everything was super smooth. Thank you to Daniel for his help, very much appreciated.

Equipment in fitness center fair. Some were not working. No sanitary wipes there. Pool was closed. No dresser in room for clothing. Staff was excellent and very pleasant and a accommodating

The area is quiet. No one bothered me or my belongings. My room was nice and clean. The bed was so comfortable. I liked how everything was laid out even the instructions on the ac and wifi password in the card lol I didn't eat the breakfast though so i can't comment on that. The only restaurant within walking, that I can remember, was Sonic.

Needed a place to sleep and shower. It got the job done. Was there about 9 hours. Not the prettiest place but clean. Shower was good and bed was better that a lot of places.

We stayed at this hotel in 2022 for Parents Weekend and the place was marginal at best - not very clean, etc. Had booked it again for 2023 Parents Weekend because it was only one available. I was unable to attend Parents weekend and called three weeks before to cancel and was told that I missed the 30-day cancellation rule and would be charged "one night's plus fees" - which was over $500!! This place rents for $130 on any other weekend -- and I told them that I was a repeat guest and that I knew they would be able to rent the room with no problem and they simply said 'too bad' - I will never stay here again.
