"The house" apartment is located 10 minutes away from the historical city center, literally one minute walk from ''Kato Patisia'' Metro station. Newly renovated, 114 m2, babies and kids friendly, is suitable for any guest whether for vacation or buisiness. Anything you need (super markets, bakery stores, bank, burger house, pharmacy, restaurants and fast foods) will be found in just a step away. It is located on the 3rd floor in a block of flats which you can reach either by using the elevator or the stairs.
The apartment offers an open plan living room and dining room which can also be used as a meeting table, convenient for 8 persons. There are 2 double elegantly decorated rooms and a spacious hall with a comfortable double sofa bed, a work desk and a bookcase. It can work as a third bedroom while it can be totally isolated by closing the internal doors. The large bathroom has a bathtub and it is stoked with branded amenities.
The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic stove, refrigerator, boiler, sandwich maker, microwave oven, toaster and coffee maker. Washing machine and detergents are provided for adults and infants as well. In the kitchen guests can also find a variety of amenities such as extra virgin olive oil, spices, drip, instant and Greek coffee, flavored tea, chamomile, homemade jams and others.
Facility includes a 50 inches flat screen satellite TV and Netflix, hairdryer, drying rack, hi-fi, steam iron, toiletries. In addition, it features free unlimited Wi-Fi access throughout the property and all areas are equipped with air condition. Clean, comfy linens and towels are provided.
The apartment is babies and kids friendly. The apartment is just a few steps walk from ‘’Kato Patisia’’ metro station that provides easy and quick access to the city (less than one minute walk).
Transportation at the area is very frequent and guests have a lot of choises for travelling both in the city center or the surroundings. The historical center of Athens is about 10 minutes away by public transportation.The neighborhood is busy all day long and many shops are open during the daytime or at night. Across the street you can find super markets, bakery stores, bank, burger house, pharmacy, restaurants and fast foods as whele as many other stores.
A few blocks away, on Mondays there is a laiki agora (street market) with stalls of fresh fruits, vegetables and fishes, among others (clothes, flowers etc.).
The nearest public hospital “Pamakaristos’’ is located 800m away (4 min) by car or 600m away on foot (9min).

From the airport :
1) By Metro: Platform Stage ‘’Airport’’ Line M3 Airport – D. plakentias- Egaleo(blue line).
• Travel for 42 minutes and 16 stops and disembark at ‘’Monastiraki’’ metro station.
• Change to line M1 Piraeus – Kifisia (Green Line) and travel for 5 more stops to“Kato Patisia ” station (9 minutes).

2) By Suburban railway (2nd option): Platform Stage ‘’Airport’’ (Yellow line).
• Travel for 25 minutes and 7 stops and disembark at ‘’Neratziotissa’’stasion.
• Charge to line M1 Kifissia-Piraeus (green Line) and travel for 16 minutes and 8 stops to ‘’Kato Patisia’’ station.

3) By taxi/cab: Taxi rank on arrivals level, exits 2 and 3 right outside the airport. Travel for 36km and approximately 30minutes. Average coast to ‘’The house’’ 35-40 euros 05:00-24:00, 50-60 euros 24:00-05:00.

4) By Bus: Gate 8 bus X93.
Travel for about 50 minutes and 7 stops to ‘’Ilision’’ bus station.
