The Observatory 2BR With Acropolis View

Located next to the archaeological heart of Athens, with unobstructed views of the Acropolis itself, this vintage 2BR apartment is a unique property. It is located on the entire 2nd floor of a traditional Athenian apartment building and comprises 2 spacious bedrooms (one twin room and one double bedroom), a well equipped kitchen diner, and a spacious living room with dining area. The style of the apartment is vintage 1970's - with many orignal features. The apartment is double sided, with incredible close views of the Acropolis to the South East, and wide open views of the rest of the city to the North West. The street itself is super quiet, and there is little noise from the surrounding area as it borders with the archaeological park.



Guests have exclusive use of the apartment. Please note that there is no elevator and the apartment is on the 2nd floor.

You are located on a small hill next to the old Observatory in perhaps the best spot in the city - no seriously! This is at the heart of its oldest neighborhood, witht he famous Acropolis almost within touching distance and the grand Dionysiou Areopagitou promenade is at your doorstep, offering easy access to the ancient theatre of Herodion Atticus, the Acropolis itself, the new museum and several major sites. There are also some great shopping, eating and entertainment opportunities in the neighborhood, from ultra exclusive to no-frills, you will find what you are looking for!



The Thiseion metro is 10 minutes walk away and connects you to the airport and Pireaus sea port. Private parking lots are located nearby for those arriving by car.

Full clean (change of sheets, towels etc) is provided once weekly
Welcome shampoo and conditioner is provided. The guests have to provide their own for long stays.
We can provide a baby cot at a charge of 25Euros per stay
High chair can be provided for an extra fee of 10 Euros per stay
