The location is excellent as was the roof top view at Olive Garden. The elevators are rather slow. The shower in our room was smaller than the shower on our cruise ship and the room had a bit of an odor to it until the air conditioning unit ran for an hour or two.

The staff was pleasant. Overall I had a great experience, the room was clean, the lobby was beautiful, went to Olive Garden restaurant for breakfast and for a night time drink, the view was stunning. The only thing I would critique is the bed was a bit stiff.

Impressive lobby and very helpful staff! The rooms were clean,equipped with slippers and robes! one of the rooms had poor lighting.
