I loved that this hotel was near everything. Literally. Food, souvenir shops, meat and fish market, grocery store, restaurants, etc. if you’re looking to explore Athens this is the perfect hotel to stay at. The rooms are a little small, but might be large by European standards. I would say they are more for sleeping and showering, and not for spending the day in. The staff was great. The breakfast was not appealing, but there are great restaurants that serve brunch within close walking distance.

Located on a side street within a 5 minute walk to Montasuraki flea market and shops. Close to coffee shops, restaurants, pharmacies, and even a grocery store. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Towels were soft but no wash cloths. Room does include small safe, and mini fridge with items available for purchase but no microwave. Breakfast was included and offered a wide variety of fresh choices. Would stay again.

We loved our week stay at the Vasi. The hotel is very well appointed an serves an excellent breakfast in a very central location around which there are many dining and food options, and from here its easy to go by foot or by transport around Athens. The hotel staff were extremely attentive to our requirements, and made our stay at the Vasi one we would certainly recommend to other travellers to Athens.

Fantastic location, clean, spacious

Chic & Friendly!
Delightful, helpful staff, chic design, spacious room and terrace. The neighborhood is fantastic for walking: everything from boho flea markets to upscale shops. Terrific restaurants nearby, too. Walked everywhere, even to the Acropolis!

The location next to the metro and important sights but still quiet. Really comfortable bed. We liked the separated toilet and shower in the suite. Nespresso coffee machine and new water everyday

Loved it. Easy walk and very near to Monistiraki Square. They provided the VIP Perk of a nice bottle of wine. Mini bar had a great selection. Receptionist was lovely.

Staff were great, and place was nice; the location is just a short bit away from most areas of interest, and easily walkable; breakfast (included) was primarily fruit, yogurt, some cheeses and bread, so if seeking more, may want to go out for that; room was very nice, clean; not a place where you'll have views, but can easily walk to such sites

The hotel has recently been refurbished and the rooms are new and well decorated. It seems hotels are increasingly expensive these days and this seems a little too expensive for what you get. The breakfast had everything you needed. Felt a somewhat local hotel which was nice and not too big. It is very well located for Monastiraki metro station and the Agora and walk to the Acropolis.

Lovely boutique hotel-Vasi
New clean boutique hotel in central location. Staff are friendly and happy to help with anything that guests require during their stay. Would certainly recommend if staying in Athens.

Great location near the Acropolis- easy walking to all the sites. Very clean room. Nice breakfast - different than what we were expecting - but nice meat, cheese, veggie options. Also cereals and some pastries. On the morning we checked out, they made us to-go bags with sandwiches and fruit, which was very nice. Just a note - our taxi driver had trouble finding the hotel because the address was in English. So, on Expedia, click the button to see the address in the local language. Or arrange transportation through the hotel - which we did the rest of the trip and it worked out well.

We stayed here for one night after we flew from the US. We were getting on a boat the next day. We are a family of 5, so finding rooms is sometimes hard. Vasi has a family room. One king (two twins together), with a bunk bed with trundle. The beds were pulled out and ready to sleep in. Everyone got their own bed. Bfast was a nice bonus in the AM. Location was great. Many bars, restaurants and shopping are close. A shirt walk to the acropolis site. I’d definitely stay here again.

The area around the hotel was not the safest area. I did not fell safe going outside the hotel by myself during daylight hours even. Only the first night that we were there was it noisy outside until 2:30 am. A movie was being filmed in the street/alley outside our second floor room. The hotel itself

My and my family stayed at the Vasi hotel only one night but we liked everything we saw. Staff is very friendly, clean rooms. Very well located within walking distance to most popular historic monuments, shopping areas and restaurants. I would stay at this hotel again!
