Built in 1893, the same year Charles Herty established the UGA football program, this home has been completely gut-renovated down to the last stud, blending historic charm with modern luxury.

The lower level features two bedrooms (king; 2 queens), two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a TV lounge. A dedicated game room with pool table and two TV's keeps the fun going.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The property is great… very well kept up, clean, modern facilities. Communication with the host was fantastic, the location fantastic, parking great… rooms very comfortable- beds comfortable. Huge televisions however we weren’t able to get football games- we ended up using screen share from phones. And there were no wine glasses :). Outdoor space is also great!!! Thank you host for a great weekend in Athens!
