"I happily give 5 stars for the overall convenient and scenic location, lovely facilities, helpful staff and chic eateries. On the "needs improvement" was the musty smell of the room (great ocean view!) and inconsistent cleaning crew. eg, sometimes the used tea bag/towels/pillows were replaced and sometimes not. (I'm all for eco-housekeeping, but expect it to be consistent.) "

"The room was perfect for our stay. The breakfast was exceptional! The breakfast staff were extremely sufficient, kind, and most acommodating. Hotel close to harbor and sufficient for walking to downtown establishments. Will stay here nexttime in Cairns. Thank you Hotel Hilton."
