"Property needs a remodel, the actual room doesn’t look like what they put online. They advertise false information, I booked a room that supposed to have sofabed and when I check in the front desk said there’s no sofabed in the room but they can provide a rollaway bed and when they bought that up, it looks like one of those beds that they put in prison, it was really bad, elevators and hallways smell. 1 of the elevator the button for floor 1 doesn’t work properly you have to pressed really hard. My friend took the shuttle that they provided and she said it was so bad. The breakfast that they provided it was the worse breakfast I had in any hotel. We only ate 1 day and the rest had to eat outside. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody"

"Hotel is GREAT , staff is GREAT , the beds and and pillows are HORRIBLE The pool was ICE COLD (couldn’t even go in) The location is great for Downtown Denver - but be forewarned the crackheads are ABUNDANTLY EVERYWHERE! "

"The air was a bit dry; this might be a consequence of the air conditioning system in general. Still, if I am not the only person making the observation, one might inspect the air conditioning system at some point in the mid-term future. Just a hint.... "

"The hotel is cheaply built and very loud. It appears nice at a distance, but materials are cheap and low quality. Everything from the walls to the light fixtures. Not worth the money. Poor value. And you have to be in dirty and homeless filled mecca of Denver. "

"When we checked in it was nice, quick and easy. We went to our room and put our stuff down before going down to get a drink. Room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Got to the bar/restaurant area, and the poor bartender was alone with little help and constant customers incoming. All drinks were $20 each for a small! Crazy expensive. Made it long time to wait even to just get a glass of water. Nice gym. Heated pool we didn't try, but no hot tub. We got a rental car the second day we were there and the property told us it will be $17 per night to park on sight. When our mouths dropped, the hotel representative simply said, "Well we offer free breakfast in the morning so parking is a trade off." I don't think she knows that most hotels offer free breakfast and parking. Not a trade off at all. I would stay here again as it was nice and clean, but just be prepared for all the extra costs and wait times."
