"Good food, convenient location"

"A wonderful stay at La Costa Motel. We stayed in Room 7. A nice selection of breakfast items were provided (including real milk!) and it was lovely meeting Ros. It didn’t detract from our experience, but note that the area is quite noisy due to it being very close to the airport (planes fly from 6am - 11pm) and because the walls between rooms are quite thin (ours were separated by an internal door). It may be worth bringing ear plugs. The property is furnished beautifully, loved the additional touches (the beach towels and basket!), the ability to use bikes for free, the gorgeous plants out front etc. Overall an excellent stay. "Loved this charming boutique motel! Our oceanfront room was perfect — comfortable bed, great value, and a prime central location. It was the ideal little getaway. We really appreciated the bonus perks: onsite parking, bike hire, and super friendly staff. The daily happy hour from 4–6 was a great touch! Tucked away in a quiet spot, yet close to everything. Highly recommend!"

"Golden Riviera is in a prime spot on the beach and close to shops, pub and lifesaving club. The large pool is lightly heated and is exceptionally clean and beautiful. The area around the pool is inviting and attractive with loungers, umbrellas and a barbeque area. The gardens are well-kept, tranquil and lush. Our apartment was bright, spacious and comfortable with a fantastic beach view. I highly recommend! The staff were welcoming and helpful and cleanliness was a high priority. Overall this resort provides a peaceful and serene environment and the adjacent beach is especially appealing."
