I enjoyed the closeness to the venue that we were visiting while in town. We were in town for a graduation. I felt like the pictures were misleading because I only booked this hotel thinking there were glass doors for the shower. Upon arrival we found out that only the king rooms have glass door showers. I was very disappointed when I found out there was a shower curtain in our bathroom. It wasn’t a complete deal breaker but it was the main reason for booking at this particular location. If I would’ve been better informed I would’ve just stayed at the same hotel as my parents and the rest of my family. The staff was great. Breakfast was good and the property overall was worth it. I would definitely stay here again just in a King room. Lol! Thanks for a lovely visit

Location of Bahama Breeze was cool that you could walk there. The carpet was coming up in the doorway and caused a trip hazard and the door would not shut without forcible trying. Also, the AC unit was leaking in by the time we checked out at 10:30 on Sunday morning the third of the room was soaking wet. I didn't notify the front desk and they offered to switch rooms the night before, but it was already late and half of my children, but we're bathing in the bed. Was not offered any kind of compensation other than an apology.

Our stay was great! However, updates to the property would be a plus, ie hole in the hall carpet second floor, bathroom lamp over tub was dislodged from the ceiling, pool could use a new liner, etc Staff was great and accommodating. The continental breakfast was very cleans and the food was very satisfying. Thank you

Front desk staff were nice. Restaurant staff were rude. The pool was absolutely nasty. Several huge hair balls were floating in pool and there was not a smell of chlorine. The pool looked as if it had never been cleaned.

Continental breakfast was a flop.
Room was very clean & view was OK. The breakfast was however unsatisfactory. Apparently a worker didn’t show up… Everything ran out. No coffee. No eggs. No biscuits. No sausage. No spoons. No sugar. People were standing around waiting for someone to restock the supply at 9:30 AM.

New Family Hotel
