It took 2hrs for me to finally get into a room. The first room had dead roaches and no heat. They insisted i sit in a cold room to see if it starts working. When it didn't work after 2 hours I was finally moved into a smaller room than what i reserved

We had a 3 night stay, but when we got there. Conditions of the room was very poor broken tv cabinets falling apart and bugs in bathroom we could not stay there. the hotel staff very understanding and gave us our money back but if the rest of the rooms were like the one we were put in, it should be shutdown and brought up to code.

The beds are uncomfortable, the curtains are smelly , the rooms had a very roach infestation, strange cars driving around at nights, police presence 😳 regularly. P

It was great, hotel needs new bed,and they should let the people with dogs stay in rooms for dogs,my room smells like dog had to get stuff to make it smell good

it was a very big parking lot and very big hotel and they allowed dogs and the staff was good but the rooms were nasty the people were loud and inconsiderate and it was kind of a dangerous area
