We really value excellent customer service and how things are managed. The front desk manager, Taneidrea, went the extra mile to make sure we had a truly amazing experience after taking care of the issue. Another manager, Aronta, even reached out to me during my stay to check in, which I really appreciated. And I just wanted to mention Keon, who works at the front desk. He was so friendly and personable, and I really enjoyed chatting with him. It’s always such a nice to meet someone who’s so outgoing and hospitable in customer service. "

"The hotel is safe, clean and located in the pretty nice area of Buckhead. We took a dip in the pool a couple of times and appreciated that the showers were outside and that towels were stacked on hand. We also appreciate the "Grab Bags", the complimentary water bottles as well as the free hot daily breakfast. Staff was kind and courteous. Enjoyed our stay here."
