Piedmont Park offers walking trails. A 24-hour fitness center, a coffee

shop/café, and a 24-hour business center are available at this smoke-free

apartment building. WiFi in public areas is free.



Limited onsite parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis

(surcharge). Reservation is needed.

allotted one of the many apartment at this address. It maybe be possible that

the photos are not a exact match since the layout of various apartments is

different. However the size, area, facilities and amenities of all apartment

is the same. By reserving this property, the guest agrees that they are

acceptable to the fact that photos may not exactly match the actual apartment

which they are allotted and they will not stake any claim for mismatch of the

photos"



You are free to use the TV (with Netflix only).



Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $50 per pet per stay. Restrictions

apply. This will be collected separately, prior to your arrival.



Parking is available onsite and is on first come first serve basis,

reservation is needed at $15/day.



A $200-$500 refundable security deposit might be asked upon booking.



Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in and must be staying at the

property.



Important: The building uses a mobile-based electronic access system. Guests

must have a phone with an active internet connection to enter the property.



There is no front desk at this property. There is no after-hours reception at

this property. Guests arriving late won't be able to check in until the next

morning. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property ahead

of time using the information on the booking confirmation.



Check-in time is after 4:00 PM. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM – we appreciate

you abiding to these times because often there is someone checking in the same

day you are checking out.



During your stay, the flat is 100% yours. We ask you to use our accommodation

as you would your own home and to treat the equipment provided with respect

and to be considerate to your neighborhood. In order for you to get the most

out of it, we recommend you to follow these few simple rules. These will avoid

any misunderstandings and will ensure that the house/apartment stays in good

order.

Keys are a minimum of fee/key to replace. A fee will apply if they are lost,

or not returned on time before 11am. You will be fully responsible for damages

and noise complaints.



Washer/Dryer is not inside the Unit. Each Floor has a laundry room where guest

can swipe the CC and use washer dryer.



"We are not responsible for loss, damage or theft of cash, jewelry or other

valuables left unattended in guest rooms. We are also not responsible for

articles/valuables left behind by guests and found after departure of the

guest”.
