Clean hotel and absolutely beautiful. I wish I could have stayed longer. Leo at front desk was phenomenal as were all the front desk employees. The room was immaculate and smelled clean. Very modern hotel, and close to a lot of things. I loved it and would stay again in a heartbeat 🙌

First time staying here and price was great. Convenient to Phipps Plaza and hotel was new and modern very nice lobby with fireplace. Avoid coming around rush hour was hard to get to the hotel because of the busy intersection.

The location was wonderful and so were all the staff that we met at the front desk. Convenient location for all the places that we needed to attend. However, when we checked in on Friday, we were specifically asked when we would like to have the room serviced, cleaned. We requested Sunday. We vacated the room for over 12 hours on Sunday and when we returned, the room had not been cleaned. We had no clean towels, and we had to call and request towels. Also, for whatever reason, we were unable to open our safe. We had to wait until the next morning for a maintenance person to come to open the safe. If we were to depart the hotel on that particular day, we would not have been able to leave. We had keys and other personal items in the safe that we would not have been able to leave in Atlanta. Also, every single towel we had in the room was very old dull and very course. I think all the towels need to be replaced with new towels. Not washed and cleaned but replaced completely. Thank you.

The hotel is very nice. Try to get a room on floor 3 because the ice machine doesnt work on floor 5x. Also make sure you have prepared to pay $40 extra a night just to park your car IN THE HOTELS PARKING LOT. They don't have a large overhead light in the room. They have lamps on either side of bed and one over the mini fridge area. They have under the bench lights. Also them thermostat wont let the room get colder than 68 for the folks who like freezing and sleeping. Staff was really helpful and took care of the ant issue we saw. Overall me and my wife had a good stay. Paying to park at the hotel you’re renting the room from is my main issue.
