Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
★ Late check-out after 11:15am: $200 fee if non-compliant
★ The garage remote and AC remote must not be moved. If lost, the guest will be charged for a replacement
★ Failure to put the trash bin out on Wednesday nights for trash pickup on Thursday morning will result in $100 to $200 fee for junk removal service. (receipt will be provided)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
