"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel near the Atlanta airport. The vape smell was noticeable on every floor, which made the environment uncomfortable. Additionally, the ice machines were not working on some floors, and there was no “Do Not Disturb” sign provided for the room door. Noise was another major issue—there was constant disturbance from neighboring rooms and the corridors, along with continuous airplane noise both day and night. For a hotel that charges premium prices for every service, I did not find anything particularly new or impressive to justify the cost. The breakfast was also below expectations. The orange, apple, and cranberry juices tasted diluted, as if water had been added. Overall, the experience did not match the price or expectations for a hotel in this location."

"They have a bad plumbing system. My husband was using the Jacuzzi tube the water was backing up into the shower. That's a no no. Then hotel carpet wasn't clean. We ask for room service didn't change sheets."

"Checked in around 9:30pm and come to find out that the suite I had booked was given away. Staff stated room type not guaranteed if booked through 3rd party app. Was given a 4 person room for 6 people including 2 adults and 2 teens. Not optimal to say the least. Staff comped parking fee so there’s that I guess. Otherwise clean property and great breakfast. "
