Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

We were not permitted to access the property

On less than 24 hours notice we were told by the host that we could not access the property and that she had cancelled with Vrbo a week or two earlier! We were stranded, but managed to stay with relatives near by. I have filed for a refund from Vrbo. It has not yet been sent.
