Great for Somewhere Quick
It was a very comfortable experience. The host is present during your stay but he does not bother you at all. He is very friendly and sweet and keeps communication if you need anything!

Nice house and neighborhood!
Very quiet neighborhood surrounded by greenery. The house is also very quiet, clean and tidy. The only thing I would recommend to the host is to lower the temperature of the AC unit a little at night as it is somewhat hot. Thank you!

Overall great place . Felt very comfortable in our upstairs room. It’s in its own little neighborhood. But it’s very close to a Walmart . Everything was nice and clean and ready for us .

Friendliest Property Owner
Hello, Me and my fiancé stayed here for a short vacation. The house was is superb condition and the owner was one of the friendliest people I’ve met. The house was very easy to find and it was extremely clean. There was even a code lock on a room which was so much appreciated. Overall I would 100% recommend this for anyone wanted to vacation near Atlanta it’s not too far away and it is hosted by an amazing person!

I have a suggestion!
I absolutely enjoyed my entire stay at this property! I had one issue and that was the temperature in my room. It was a significantly cooler in the common areas than it was in the room. I opened the door and window to get it cooled off for a bit and the I had to leave the window open throughout. My suggestion is a ceiling fan or provide a fan in the room. Everything else was fantastic and it was an extremely comfortable environment! We will stay again and refer!!

Wonderful and relaxing
Such a lovely place to stay! Girum was a great host, very friendly, helpful and kind. The room was large, clean, had a very comfy bed and even had a combination lock on it for privacy and security. I had 3 rooms to myself really.... A bedroom, a bathroom and a sitting room with a fridge all upstairs, like my own "wing" of the house. Girum was down the hallway and a lovely Armenian couple was staying (with VRBO also) in the downstairs bedroom. It was convenient, quiet and comfy..... everything you want in a Home Away from Home! Thanks so much, Girum!

Lovely place, nice host!
Lovely place in a great and safe location! The host is there the entire time but he keeps to himself to give you your space. We couldn't make it the first day but were in good communication. We were there with kids and was afraid it would be a problem but wasn't. The kids enjoyed it and host even gave them a goodbye gift of candy bags before we left. Nice and enjoyable experience!

When I arrived at this place, I did not expect anyone else to be there, because the listing description said “you’ll have entire home to yourself”. When I opened the door, there stood a man at the top of the stairs! I was shocked. He showed me my “room” which appeared to be clean and neat. But, as a female traveling alone, I would not have booked this place knowing a man, the host, lives there as well.

I went without a vehicle. Take MARTA to last stop on Gold line. Doraville. Then bus 124. That will take you 3/4 of a mile from this VRBO. I also used UBER to transport me from Doraville station to VRBO. UBER cost $10-$14

The advertisement of this property is misleading. It leads you to think you will be in a house with no other people. No only was the owner living in the house, he had rented out a room downstairs to a guy. This trip for us was to be a celebration our anniversary and we could not do that because there was a house full of people.

Weekend Stay
When my boyfriend and I initially booked the listing, we misinterpreted that it was set up like an apartment. Despite our misinterpretation we did have an upstairs room and bathroom to ourselves with television (upstairs), refrigerator, backyard and dining room access downstairs. This house was big and beautiful! The owner did stay at the rental property during our stay but he was very friendly and generous with us, and gave us plenty of privacy. I would also like to add that the owner has great communication skills with my boyfriend and I. The check-in/out process was fairly easy. Lastly, when we returned to the home after dark the owner left the outside and staircase light on for us. Overall, great stay!

Single bedroom in new home with owner
It was an upstairs bedroom next to a bathroom. There were a few other rooms upstairs, including the owner's bedroom. We didn't realize the owner would be present in the home, right across the hall, all day every day, basically. But he was a really nice guy. There was another renter staying downstairs. As women traveling, it would have been great to know that upfront but everything worked out just fine; it was just awkward at first. The home is immaculate and in a great neighborhood.
