Marriott has many brands that do offer complimentary breakfast which will be listed on their website. Thank you for staying with us and posting about your stay Tekeisha! Our hotel and I would think many others have small trash bags that we can place in your trash cans upon request. Marriott discontinued trash bags in the guest rooms to be greener. I agree that it is nice to have these. We are so happy that you loved your stay and appreciate the feedback. Felicia, I apologize that you had this experience. We always have staff at the hotel. The Police Station is within 3 minutes of the hotel and the Fire Department is within 5 minutes of the hotel. Had it been an emergency they would have gotten into the room. When the deadbolt is engaged inside the room only an E key can override it, this is for your protection and privacy. The E key is kept in a Lock Box and is accessed only through the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Maintenance Manager although we do background check all employees.We have instructed the Front Desk staff to ask if someone is in the room that may have engaged the deadbolt prior to remaking keys. They didn't realize at first this was why the key was not working which made the experience longer. The Assistant General Manager was on the way to the hotel when your son woke up and opened the door. We are happy that the rest of your stay was fine and apologize that this experience put a damper on your overall experience. We hope that you will give us another opportunity in the future to exceed your expectations.
