Pros: Room was very clean and while small, had everything we needed for a quick respite after a very long day on the road. We were able to shower and sleep and watch some TV and the bed was comfortable. There was a small fridge and a microwave so we were able to chill our drinks and warm up some of our leftover dinner and that was very convenient. There is a small desk area that is a converted hall closet but it was large enough for me to use my laptop to answer some emails, but the room itself isn't much larger than the bed. It's the perfect place for an overnight comfy place to sleep.
Cons: (these are faults of other renters, I'm sure, not the fault of the property or the owner): at around 10:30 or so at night, we heard beeping on the entry door, and then banging and more beeping as someone tried to enter our unit. We shouted at them that they had the wrong suite and after trying once more they left. When we got up to leave in the morning, our van (which we had parked right outside of our suite) was blocked in by another car and we were unable to leave which made it difficult as we had an appointment to be somewhere at a specific time.
Parking etiquette should be made clear in instructions for all renters, and it would improve the stay dramatically.
