Room was ok. The smell was not the greatest. Many amenities looked old. The valet service was slow and there was barely anyone there. Finally, breakfast service said 6am to 11am in the email, however when arrived at the restaurant they said it closed at 9am.

The hotel was in a very convenient spot of town, close to a lot of events and food spots; solely the reason I chose it. Once I arrived to my room the lightening was very dim and the tub was not clean at all. Another major reason I selected the hotel was for the balcony but upon arrival I tried to go onto the balcony and it was screwed shut. Very disappointing!!

A refrigerator in the room just a small one. An indoor area where guest who smoke can smoke comfortably with out being in the freezing cold. Better room service. This hotel did not provide the basic amenities that most hotels provide. There was no refrigerator, microwave or street parking available. There was also a homeless man that walked with me to the elevator as the concierge continued to check someone in. However, house keeping came everyday! And the valet parking workers were extremely friendly and provided excellent service!
