Minor plumbing leak in the bathtub area and only 1 of 2 elevators was functioning but the property was comfortable and the rooms and beds were excellent. Extremely friendly and competent staff was always at the ready to assist.

Excellent all-the-way. If you stay here I recommend a Deluxe King room on the 7th (top) floor, as they have delightful high ceilings. Took off 1 star for Amenities because the swimming poll was closed. September is perfectly hot enough in greater ATL to keep pools open until Oct. 1. It's just maintenance, after all... not like they employ a lifeguard or anything.

The staff was great, very helpful and kind. Our room was clean and comfortable. The fitness center is very well equipped. Parking, although plentiful, is not free. You pay a nightly fee. All in all, would definitely stay again.

Rooms were clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and conducive to a good night's rest. My only suggestions for changes involve the bathroom setup. Since the vanity is small, a hand towel rack would be nice, as well as a soap pump instead of a bar in a tray, and the exposed pipes and wires under the sink could use a little camouflage.

The running joke of the trip was this was not a Double Tree but a 1/2 a tree. When we arrived and went to the Bar, we knew we were in for an experience. There were taps, but no draft beer. Only bottles. The staff was nice but not very attentive. Our room reeked of cheap air freshener. You know the smell of air freshener attempting to cover funk! Every t time we entered the room it hit us in the face!!! Shuttles were never available. No towels in the gym. We had to ask for everything. Leaking ceilings everywhere. Nasty with mold! Breakfast buffet was ok, but do yourself a favor and find a Waffle House. Will NOT be staying here again.
