The staff do not know what they are doing. Once on loaction we booked another room. Are card was charged for the amount agreed upon. After leaving the property they charged our card another time for a random amount and are now refusing to refund me. Do not stay here!!!!!!!

The hotel is great- loved the room and lobby and restaurant. The staff was bored and rude in all interactions. It is LOUD! There were screaming kids in the pool All night long. Hilton desperately needs to institute adult hours… especially for the pool!

When I arrived I was greeted with a friendly smile and excellent customer service by Rolo. He was very helpful, informative, and a pleasure to work with. The room was in great condition; clean and spacious. I was only in for one night but would happily stay here longer.

Paid for a city view but got a ceiling view. Couch was stained with something red. Room was smaller than pictures advertised. I accidentally paid with the wrong form of payment and no one would help fix the problem. I paid 212 for the room, but my receipt said the rool only cost 137.

The hotel was very nice, but the whole hotel was full of kids and teenagers. So it was very busy and very loud. We should have been notified of the parties so we could have changed dates or hotels.

I was not pleased with the set up of this location of Embassy Suites. It was somewhar complicated navigating to the front of the hotel because signs directed guests to go directly into parking deck which was frustrating for my first night of checkin. The facility is downsized (room/suite was meager and decorative barn door for bathroom was a fail) as an Embassy Suites hotel but the decor and environment is attractive. Customer service by the desk clerk and dining room attendants were good. Parking was overpriced ($45/night) and guests should be given warning about that required fee before booking.

Arrived early by Amtrak. Jordan assigned me a room because I had to go to Court. When I returned st around 4pm. The front desk person had assigned my room to someone else. Refused to assigned me a room with windows or patio that open for fresh air. My reason for staying at Embassy Suites because I am Chlostrophobic. House keeping Manager changed my room to one that had a balcony for fresh air. Had trouble out of this same Front Desk Manager with my last stay at Embassy Suites midtown Atlanta. He needs training or needs to not represent Hilton Hotels. As a SilverHonirs Member this is not the treatment I am accustomed to from Hilton Hotels.

Staff was attentive and nice. They have a heated pool. Couple of various restaurants surrounding the property and it’s near to Target. $45 for a overnight parking is actually worth it.

I was not informed that they were no housekeeping in the weekends , no towels and the bathroom and the pool, the fire alarms were on at midnight with no explanation, front desk was no able to answer questions, and I book the room from queen side bed and they provided me full side bed.

The room thàt I stayed in needed a couple of things fixed. The toilet didn't flush completely. The tv in the front room was problematic in that the picture was very dark and could not be seen. No complimentary coffee machine. No laundry bags available.

They didn't have our room ready at 6:30 and check in was at 4. The breakfast was very lackluster as well. Great location but staff could be more accomodating.

My concern is that I paid for a king-size bed and received a queen for my stay. This is the second time I have booked with Expedia, and the room booked is not what I received. I think this is again false advertising, for which reason I am writing. During my last hotel stay, I had to log back downstairs with travel bags and await a room change. This is truly an inconvenience.

Bar tender was less than friendly and charged gratuity for every check. House keeping took all our towels even though they were hung up and did not replenish them. When I called the front desk they said we had to come to the front desk to get them. We had four people in our room and they would only give me two towels.

Love this property. I will say, make sure you call Expedia ahead of time to get you booking ID. Hilton could not find my reservation at first, took about 20 minutes to get entitling sorted out. But the staff was super friendly and patient. Parking is $45 per day, but you are super close to everything. They also give you 2 complimentary drinks at the bar. Will definitely be staying at this location again.

$45 parking per night but it’s in and out privileges. $100 hold per night for security deposit. it’s atlanta so that’s understandable, fine for a short stay. rooms were clean and well designed. loved the full body mirror. you also need your key card to get in and out of the parking garage and also to use the elevator so that’s safe. it’s also right next to atlantic station so you can walk over to publix, forever 21, etc.

The furniture was chipped and scratched. The toilet seat didn't align withe toilet. The bathtub caulking had mold. The television would not connect to internet both nights. The noise from the next room was awful. They had 3 or 4 kids and you could hear them until they finally went to sleep at around 2am.
