Atlanta Home Search
Was looking for a location to do some home searching in the East Cobb area, perfect location to use while we did our home searching. Check in/out process was really easy and the home and host were great.

Our stay
When we arrived, we were blown away by how nice the place was and all the little incidental goodies left for us. Terrific charming area, great access to what we needed to do. Would definitely recommend it to anybody. And we’ll be back!

Lovely Home, Modern Furnishings, Quiet Neighborhood
This was our second stay at this location. The host was very responsive and great to communicate with. The house interior is modern with a very nice open central area. There is a large outdoor area in the back with covered porch, new gas grill, heating lamp for cold weather, and several hammocks. Neighborhood is very quiet. Highly recommended if you need to stay in this area!

Paradise Retreat
We had a quick and fantastic stay. Very nice, clean and quiet. We tried to make use of all the amenities. It was very kid friendly as well. The house was well stocked from towels, blankets, games and kitchen accessories. Our daughter loved that fridge could place music. They thought of everything. Even had a book with all local numbers if needed. Communication was excellent. Highly recommend and we will be back again.

Comforts of home!! Great experience!
Our family came in for a baseball tournament, and staying here was relaxing and comfortable. We had all the comforts of home and the house was extremely clean too!! Our teenagers loved the outdoor setup...we would find them in the hammocks at night underneath the lights. :) The beds were super comfortable, which was much appreciated after a long day at the ballfields. The kitchen was well stocked, they even left us a few chocolate treats and snacks, as well as coffee (very nice touches we don't normally see in our VRBOs). The owners do live on the property, but we never even knew they were there (we had a completely separate entrance). The only issue we had was not figuring out how to lock the door, and the owner was very helpful and patient with us! Very safe and quiet neighborhood as well, conveniently located to everything we needed in Marietta, and only about 30 minutes from the Georgia Aquarium downtown. We would definitely stay here again the next time we have a tournament. Thanks for a great stay!

Very nice place
Very nice place. Very clean, updated and quite comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. The turfed backyard is really nice and clean. Be aware, there are a lot of stairs to get into the house. Communication with the manager was very quick and responsive.

Very comfortable stay
Our family needed a rental while repairs were being completed on our home. This property was close by, had enough space for our family of 4, and looked clean and cozy. The reality more than met our expectations. As a bonus, our hosts were terrific to work with - checking-in when appropriate, but otherwise staying behind the scenes. We are very thankful to have found this home so close by and certainly recommend it to anyone who needs a comfortable place to stay in the area.

Perfect place to stay for baseball tournament
We were really impressed with the cleanliness and how well stocked this home was! We stayed for a week while playing baseball at Lakepoint Sports and it was the prefect place to stay with another family. The location is 20-30 minutes from the park depending on time of day. It is in a quiet safe neighborhood, super clean and very well set up to host a group. We’ve stayed in many VRBOs and this one has the most well stocked with coffee and tea, aluminum foils, cleaning supplies, towels and toiletry items I have not seen in other. The outdoor area makes staying there fun and peaceful. The owner was very responsive to us and even mailed us a sentimental item left behind in less than 24 hours of our checkout. We felt very much at home there. I would definitely rent there again!

We ALL recommend this property! I met some friends fro FL, MS, and KY for a catch-up weekend. The space was perfect for 6 adult including 2 married couples. The master bedroom and bathroom were spacious and we all appreciated the soft sheets and comfortable beds. A major perk was the closet space and storage shelves available. We all had our space to unpack and not live out of a suitcase- this, I find to be soooo important to feeling at home. I even did a load of laundry so I didn’t have to bring home dirty clothes. The main bathroom had a beautiful shower and the property owners have been very thoughtful to include an abundance of towels and many other items you may have forgotten. Wow, what a GREAT kitchen! Love, loved, LOVED the custom cabinets (ummm, the drawers have lights:) and the high -end appliances. We enjoyed the high-tech fridge and asking Alexa to play our favorite tunes. If we were inside we were asleep or gathered around the awesome island. Mostly though, we enjoyed the grounds. Even though it was July in GA- hot and steamy, a lovely breeze flowed through the well shaded yard. There were so many different areas to choose from. One of my favorite touches was how at night the property was aglow with lights that drew us outside and encouraged conversation. With the master grill, lights and seating we couldn’t pull ourselves to go out to eat and decided have fun and cook. Last, but not least, the property owners were awesome! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect location for baseball tournament
We had a wonderful, relaxing stay in this beautiful, well-appointed property. The owner has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and stress free. He is a quick text away if you need anything. My family was in town to watch my son play in a week-long baseball tournament. The home is 6 minutes away from the main PG East Cobb facility. We had plenty of space to relax and recharge between games. The home is in an excellent neighborhood close to a countless shopping options, including a Walmart within 5 minutes and several excellent restaurants. I highly recommend this home.

My family had a wonderful experience in this home. It was a much better alternative than packing my 5-member family in a single hotel room. The house was clean, comfortable and very convenient for our trip. I would definitely stay there again.

Modern Clean House in Nice Neighborhood with Great Backyard
The house was just as described. All of the appliances were modern. Quiet neighborhood. Very well decorated. Kitchen and bathroom well appointed. Backyard looked awesome, but December low temperatures kept us inside. Owner very responsive.

Lovely decor and clean home with every amenity you might want. All rooms are spacious and modern with lots of modern technology and appliances with instructions in the welcome notebook. Our schedule/weather did not permit us to use the outdoor area but it was quite inviting. The newly renovated bathroom was gorgeous and large! Good selection of games and books so we took advantage of the scrabble game which brought back great family memories. Fans of soft mattresses will love the adjustable back master bed. There are two ways to get to the entry back door. Up about 15 wooden steps or up artificial turf slope to about six deck steps. Once in the house, there are five or six steps from the kitchen to the bedrooms.

Slice of paradise
What an outstanding home as I would highly recommend to others. A peaceful neighborhood with a lovely setting. Really enjoyed the outdoor living area as a quiet and secluded atmosphere. The home had wonderful features and very comfortable and spacious for work trips or family gatherings. The host was helpful and responsive. Five stars all around.

Our stay was amazing and everything was provided with detail to make our stay wonderfully relaxing
We came in with ease with a code and the amenities were great. Very updated and top of the line. We had plenty of space and the place was very clean and enjoyable! It was off the beaten path so a quiet neighborhood. I plan to go back and write in this space.
