So sorry about that experience. The room was renovated and the new pictures are up now. Owners do not stay in the rooms but certain guest can be noisy, we would have requested them to be courteous to you if you had called our attention. The thermostat is acessible along the hallway but we would have adjusted the temperature if our attention was called. Different guest have varying temperature need. We will be sure to make you more comfortable next time

Apologies for the inconvenienceThe TV and table lamps work, we would have been glad to help turn them on and show you how. The Cleaner has been reprimanded for not doing good job on the vents and that has been corrected.Please give us another opportunity to make you more comfortable.

Dear Miriam,Thanks for this kind but rather late feedback and we apologize for the poor cleaning of the room by the housekeeper after some construction work earlier. As you rightly noted, our property is a beautiful weeding venue located on a 6 acre garden. Our rooms are custom designed for the bride, the groom, bridal train and family. The room you stayed in is the family or siblings room and had some work done recently which generated the dust. The cleaner must have cleaned the areas immediately accessible but omitted areas underneath the bed. We would have upgraded you to the bridal or groom's suite if you called our attention to the issue while on property. As you must have noticed we called you a few times before sending you the self check in information at the close of business that day but did not get any call back from you. We noticed the next day that the bed had been used but did not get any complaints from you that would have helped us address the issue with the cleaner. We have however addressed this and look forward to hosting you at the next opportunity in our beautiful venue with our sumptuous hot breakfast. Dear Donald Thank you for staying with us along with other guests. We apologize but are surprised to read about your experience with breakfast and the heat on your first day. We communicated with guests during your stay but did not receive any such complaints and would have addressed that promptly. Not sure if any guest tampered with the temperature settings on that day as we have a well maintained AC/heating system. However, we are a 5-star rated wedding venue with a beautiful/quiet 5-bedroom bed and breakfast facility.
