Close to everything and a 10 min walk from the aquarium. The only thing is it looks like they allow dogs and there was one next to our room that would not stop barking. Not a service dog because we know how behaved service dogs can be.

From the moment we entered the Hotel Indigo, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The front desk staff, the restaurant staff, the valet guys and everyone we met in the hotel were all so friendly and really seemed to enjoy working at Hotel Indigo. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Centennial Park, many great restaurants and local transportation. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. We truly enjoyed our visit to Atlanta and our stay at the Hotel Indigo.

Lovely hotel. Fantastic location downtown close to restaurants and shops and most importantly right next door to the train station. Only let down is the loud banging of the bedroom doors, getting to sleep and staying asleep is hard if it’s a busy time around.

Our trip to Atlanta was for Passport Services. The Indigo was so conveniently located to the passport office. The staff was friendly. Location was perfect.

Additionally, we are working on a property refresh toward the end of the year which will include minifridges in each room. We hear you!

The room was very nice! For some reason, we had to be evacuated at 8pm on Saturday for a false alarm. But they didn't tell us it was a false alarm until we noticed no one else was being evacuated and had to go to the front desk to be notified. Luckily, our toddler wasn't asleep yet. You can hear people revving their engines all night and into the morning in front of the hotel, so if you are looking for quiet - this isn't the place. It was nice that they provided ear plugs. First thing in the morning, our room reeked of weed, so that kind of sucked. Otherwise, it was good and close to the aquarium and children's museum.

We value the good and the not-so-good comments from our guests as we continuously seek improvement.We acknowledge that downtown Atlanta can be a lively spot. All of our guests have different tolerance levels for noise which is why we do provide complimentary earplugs. Ultimately, we want our guests to get the best sleep possible. The smell you experienced is quite rare at this hotel versus many others. We are sorry to hear you were inconvenienced by this occurrence as well as the false alarm. We believe they may have been tied together as some folks differentiate vaping and "smoking"; however, the results are the same for smell and fire safety systems. Our sincerest apologies for these inconveniences.

I absolutely loved this hotel! It was extremely clean, easy check in process. I was able to get an early check in. Staff was friendly. The room was amazing, beds, and pillows comfy. Downtown is filled with a lot of homeless people unfortunately. My only complaint is the cost for parking being $50 a night. That cost is extremely outrageous especially being valet is the only parking available if you don’t find any parking along the street. Other than that the hotel itself is great!

Thomas was amazing! Everyone we encountered at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The AC was cold. The shower was modern. The location was great - CVS across the street, several restaurants nearby, and walkable to a few fun spots. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The Hotel Indigo is a fresh, modern hotel. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The lobby and gathering areas are bright and lively. Staff are exceptional, accommodating, and helpful. This was all very needed after Expedia botched our initial reservation, which was already paid and I had electronically checked in. We had driven 6 hours and was checking in at 10pm for a 7am marathone only to be told that Expedia overbooked travelers at the original hotel. The representative even lied to me about those circumstances. Thank goodness for Hotel Indigo and the wonderful staff who took care of me and my family with kindness.
