Beautiful property, great location
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the little things - one bed sags a bit, no pot holders or kitchen towels, only 3 coffee cups (little things) BUT beautiful place, fabulous location, & wonderful response from Andrew. Would definetly recommend this place! We enjoyed our stay.

False Advertising
Although this listing advertises being on Peachtree in midtown and even list an address on peachtree it is not. Try 2-3miles away 10 mins by car. Don’t expect to be close to the bars and restaurants that you can walk around by. Picture this checking in to your Vrbo with instructions that don’t match how to actually check in and being provided an address that doesn’t match what’s listed in the reservation. Than Walking in through a building that smells like paint and weed. Than approaching your apt to find it unlocked and not cleaned or prepped for your arrival at midnight. Follow that up by than being placed in a house in the suburbs 20 mins away to than check in the next day to the apt you booked. Once finally checked in realizing the apt is no where near where you actually booked and was advertised. The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing to say the least. Add to that the parking isn’t free it’s $6 a day. The lighting in the bathrooms are non existent and than when you go to take a shower the shower doesn’t drain. The apartment looked just like the pictures but it’s clear that whoever is managing this property takes little to no care on the accuracy of listing details or how to prep for a guest arrival. I would not recommend this property or whoever manages it. I wish I could get a refund.

GREAT LOCATION , DECOR, AND MORE!!!
OMG so many photo opportunities in this beautifully decorated space. The location was central to ALL of the "HOT SPOTS" and scenic areas of Atlanta and other surrounding areas. While the kitchen was fully stocked if your not a 5star chef take a short stroll across the street to Poppin Pita because the food is to die for ( spicy chicken bowl and chicken quesadilla ) and the ginger juices were tasty as well with pineapple being my favorite. The beds and linens were comfy and clean which is an absolute must for me. Last but not least the manager and contact Anniesha was the epitome of professional and she was my spot on "go to". I definitely recommend this location without hesitation!
