➤ Parking: The best place to park is on the side street that goes directly past the front of the duplex. Or driveway parking (off to the left side if you're standing in front of the duplex). Please note that parking and outside spaces are SHARED with the long-term tenant from the next door unit.

➤ Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to choose between a damage deposit ($10) or a damage waiver ($35) through third-party provider Truvi. They will contact you via email and/or text to complete the process. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in.

➤ This is a DUPLEX. The other side of the home is occupied by a long-term tenant.

➤ There is a $100 pet fee per pet weighing up to 25 lbs., with additional charges applicable for pets exceeding this weight limit. A maximum of 2 pets are permitted.

➤ For your safety and peace of mind, this property is equipped with security features, including Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras.

We had a very poor experience at this property in Buckhead. We actually cut our stay short by one day because we were so unsatisfied. First, we were not comfortable with the location of the property with it having an adult fantasy establishment right around the corner. Next, the outside property was absolutely not conducive for pets. The property owner suggested that we park on the street in front of the house, which we did when we arrived, but it was littered with cigarette butts, broken bottles, and other trash. My daughter and our one dog had an extremely difficult time even getting out of the car due to the shards of glass on the street. The front and back yards are unkempt and too small to really use as areas for dogs and the side yard is extremely difficult to navigate to. It would be very easy for someone to fall walking down the non-existent walkway to the side yard, which was also very unkempt.Lastly, the interior of the residence wreaked of cigarette smoke. It was so bad that my daughter slept with a medical mask on all night.We will not be staying at this property again and could not recommend it to anyone.
