• Time: 4:00PM or later

Checkout:
• Time: 11:00AM
• Place all used towels in basket located in closet.
• Place all dirty dishes in dishwasher.
• Place trash in trash can.
• Close & lock all windows /doors
• Remove any personal belongings & food items prior to checking out.
• Turn off all lights

1. HOUSE RULES AND CONDUCT

The Guest agrees to adhere to the following house rules at all times:

a) Makeup and Towel

Do not remove makeup with white towels. Use makeup removing wipes instead.
Violation may result in replacement fees.

b) Smoking Policy

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit.
Violation Fee: $500.00

c) Parties and Events

• Parties and events are not permitted.
Violation Fee: Starting at $500.00

d) Key/ Master Lock

• Guest must return the Key upon checkout.
• Lost Key Replacement Fee: $500 to replace the entire lock, Guest is responsible for
payment) if the key is lost we have to replace the entire master lock for safety of future guest.

e) No Pets

• No pets are allowed in the unit under any circumstances.
• Violation: Reservation will be canceled immediately and charged a $500.00 fee.

f) No Eating on Furniture

• No eating is permitted on the couch or upholstered furniture.
• Any stains, damages, or repairs resulting from violations will incur a repair/replacement fee
assessed at cost.

g) Early Check-In and Late Check-Out Policy

• Early Check-In: An additional fee of $50.00+ will be applied.
• Late Check-Out: An additional fee of $75.00+ will be applied.
• Unauthorized Late Check-Out: You will be charged $30.00 for every 30 minutes for a late
checkout that was not discussed prior.
• If you need early check-in or late check-out, please discuss this with management prior so we can make necessary arrangements that are convenient for everyone.
• All early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability.

h) Guest Occupancy Registration

•All guests that are occupying the unit during your stay must be added to your reservation.
• Failure to disclose all occupants may result in additional fees or canceled reservation.
