Great location and very comfortable home!
Super fun location close to the Braves stadium which has so many fun bars and restaurants around it. All the cars parked on the street in the neighborhood made it a bit of a challenge coming in and out. Grateful the home has 2 spots in the driveway to use. Disappointed there wasn’t a place to sit outside and relax, but inside was quite comfortable. Would stay again.

Exactly what was expected!
Reviews are on point…place is on point…location to the stadium on point! Great place for a family going to the game and don’t want to cram in the hotels. About a 3/4 mile walk each way, but not bad unless you go when we did on Aug 1-3rd(lol). Otherwise, highly recommended place with a great property manager in Bobby! Was easy peasy!!

Braves game and for King & country concert
Came to Atlanta for a quick visit to see the Braves play as well as for king and country concert. Super cute condo. Great that it was pet friendly had plenty of space enjoyed our trip. Bobby was very easy to communicate with. Will come back to the area again and would stay in the same condo.

Perfect spot for baseball fans!!
Our family loved staying here. Comfy beds, plenty of space, and close to The Battery! We went to two games while there. About a mile walk to the ballpark which makes it way easier than parking!! We will return!

Great Townhome!!
My husband and I came to Atlanta for his 30th birthday. The townhome was clean and spacious. We enjoyed playing darts in the back room while waiting for the game to start. The owner was communicative and very easy going. The Battery and Truist stadium is 1 mile away. We walked to and from with ease. Would recommend this property and would absolutely rent again!

Only 0.7 mile walk to Truist Park but is mainly uphill. Very limited breakfast options. Staff are very receptive, friendly and efficient.

Family Vacation
The townhouse was nice and the check in was easy. It was close to all of the areas we were visiting. the property manager was responsive when we reached out. some notable comments from our review is that it is not quite walking distance or a good idea to walk to the game at Truist Park - it is a good walk and mostly uphill so not an easy walk and crossing the main 6 lane highway also was not going to be good during busy time. The size of the unit was nice, with 2 bedrooms and the common areas living room and kichen and game room. and only a short drive to everything we had planned. The not so good - no dish towels in the kitchen at all. ANTS galore, we had to buy ant spray and sprayed daily multiple times to try to get them out. that was bad. the dishwasher was very hard to work and when we got it open - it was full of ants. the furniture in the screened in porch area was falling apart and terrible. the back deck and yard area were in bad shape. there needs to be an awning or small roof over the front door. It rained and the gutter was stopped up and rain poured in the front door. the furniture out front was also falling apart and needed to be replaced. it did not look good at all. I would also agree that the place is in need of some TLC and someone needs to go in and review / update / paint. The floor is pretty but is overlay and there are significant soft places and slopes. the ceilings have been painted over / patched but cracking and looks bad. For the price, there needs to be some updates to the facility. fyi - there was also an unlocked closet in the screened in area with paint cans and junk in it that should have been locked up for safety reasons. Again the place is nice, just could definitely use some review from the inside and some touch ups. a mat at the front door, dish towels, updated furniture in screened in area, some attention to the back area and an exterminator.

Convenient location and comfortable beds
We stayed in this property for my daughters 17th birthday weekend trip and a concert. It is conveniently located to The Battery Cumberland mall and many restaurants. You could walk to The Battery but we wouldn’t risk crossing busy traffic. The house was clean but the outside area could use some tlc. We were not at the house much, mainly just to shower and sleep so it worked for us. The beds were super comfortable!!

Weekend trip
I booked this home for travel for New Year’s/ my son’s birthday. The home was nice and cozy and gave us a sense of a great space outside of our home. The advertisement described the property as a ranch style. Please note- this is not a ranch house, this is a townhouse. I specifically searched for houses, so I was a tad bit disappointed that it was a townhouse in close capacity of other homes, but it wasn’t the worse. The property was clean and inviting.

Condo wasn’t very clean and showers were dirty. It is not walking distance to The Braves stadium. Very misleading. Didn’t get check-in code until almost 30 minutes after check in time. Would not rent again

This property is located close to Truist Park, the Battery and other entertainment options. Very central to many attractions which makes the property a good fit for someone visiting Atlanta and the Braves.

Great stay close to Truist Park
We were in town for the Braves game and found this place to be very clean and comfortable for our family of six. Close proximity to stadium. Easy check in/check out. Would definitely stay again when we come back for future games.

Great for price & pet friendly
Overall very happy with our stay. Very modern look with floors and decor. Good quality bed sheets and towels. Location was close to the Truist Park for the ball game. Hard to find pet friendly that looks like a nicer place. This place was perfect for what we needed on this trip. I didn’t realize it was a town home (May have said that and I missed it). Backyard is very small with no grass. But we had a nice grassy area directly across from the house to take the pup out fir potty breaks. Host always replied promptly and was very generous helping us out with a situation with our dog and allowed us to crate her there a little earlier than check in so we could get to the game on time. Overall very happy with our stay!
