Great value for the price
Downtown condo. Could use a few updates. Sofa and chair different from photo. Chair was literally broken and both uncomfortable. Recommend bringing own pot and pan if planning to eat in. Spacious and convenient to attractions. Secure location. Homeless people around but didn't bother us at all.

Perfect weekend
The property was perfect for a quick weekend trip. The location was perfect and the view was amazing. Close to the train station and popular restaurants downtown. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Homelessness and Parking
It took about 30 minutes to find the right location and the entry and key code information on app was not updated, although it was sent to me in a text. The apartment looked completely different from the pictures. There were homeless individuals hanging and sleeping in front of the building, drinking and accosting several people walking by. We were not told that we had to pay to park. When I asked the host about this, they never responded. The apartment was mostly clean. We did have to wipe the high touch areas such as sink handles, light switches, and the remote control. We chose to leave a day early, and the host never responded about the checkout process, or regarding any kind of refund. It was an overall pretty disappointing experience and I will not be booking with this host again. Definitely not worth the money I spent.

Along with location and complete details were sent by us thru txt and e mail including checkin & checkouts timings . When guests ask us about parking we make it clear we do not provide parking , 2 parking lots are located adjacent to the building and parking is at your own risk everything was informed, we go out of our way to make sure our guests are happy. You acknowledge the unit was mostly clean , everything in good condition if a couple of things the staff forgot to clean we must overlook it. Lastly anything happening outside the building is not in / under our control, the whole building is facing it . Regrets

This property is a great location for many venues, within walking distance to Centennial Park and the Tabernacle. The manager was very responsive and the place was beautifully furnished.

Conveniently close to convention center
It was inexpensive and close the convention center. It’s an old apartment, with paint texture chipping off the ceiling, inadequate electrical wiring (running the toaster trips the circuit breaker and there aren’t very many outlets available), no fan in the bathroom, and a lumpy mattress. The large windows in the main room have no blinds or coverings, so there’s plenty of light in the apartment all night. That said, it was adequate for my needs, although I would have brought something to cover my eyes so I could sleep in the dark if I had known it would be so light.

This is an old building with 365 units , everyone is trying to upgrade their interior of their units , electric outlets are everywhere in the unit . Circuit breakers is there in case there’s extra load on the connection ( every house has circuit breakers ) This is a bright sunny unit French door is the beauty of the unit and the window has a custom made cut design glass window . Sorry to say it’s a brand new mattress purchased a month back it’s hard difficult for us to guess new guest coming likes a hard or soft mattress. Once again I apologize We try to please our customers to the best of our knowledge Thank you Have a good one

There were multiple issues with the property which I want to make you aware of. The bathroom outlet was tapped to the wall without a cover creating a safety hazard of possible getting shocked. The front door would not stay closed unless the door was locked at all times and the floors were sticky from lack of cleaning. For the pull out bed, it was lopsided and stained, which made it unusable and had to flip the mattress onto the floor even to be somewhat comfortable. With the kitchen, the floor going into it was duck taped down and the pans were rusted and unusable! When we made this reservation it was based of the photos which were obviously outdated and not updated in a long time. In the future I will not stay at the location nor recommend it to anyone.

Hi Dayla Your stay was less than 72 hours I am sorry you did not find our place according to your expectations. Everything is the same as you see in the fotos . So far no guests have complained about these issues otherwise action would have taken immediately. Have been receiving 4/5 stars for the stay , no complaints. Good downtown location
If you're going to be spending time downtown the location can't be beat. The apartment itself is pretty average and there some obvious minor repairs that need to be made, but for our purposes it worked out just fine. The bed is really stiff so if you're sensitive to that you may want to reconsider. The owner was very responsive and provided us with an early check-in on short notice. We spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony!

Not happy
We had a bad experience. The housekeeper must have taken off. There was blood in the refrigerator. I could go on and on. The thing that caused us to leave was the mattress. I had 3 more nights to stay and I couldn’t handle the bed.

Our unit is well managed by a good cleaning company., they do a good job , people do make mistakes/ forget , a small stain of red wine not blood overlooked by the cleaning staff . New mattress purchased last month only is soft nor hard . Regrets

Perfect location
This condo was perfect for us. It was in a corner of the building. No one next to us. Quiet. Beside road noise. That was no big deal. The balcony was so comfortable. It was very clean. The people at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. Everything we wanted or needed was within walking distance. Like the Hard Rock Cafe, World of Coca Cola, the aquarium, Mercedes Benz stadium and the Georgia World Congress Center, and the College Football Hall of Fame. The place was clean using the code was super easy and corresponding with the owner before hand was very easy. She replied very quickly. We didn’t need to contact her for anything while we were there. She even left us water and snacks when we first arrived so we didn’t need to do anything when we first got there but relax. We will definitely come back to this rental when we come back again.

Overall I had a good experience here. I had trouble getting the AC figured out and it really needs a new thermostat. The refrigerator also had issues that were promptly resolved. All of the lamps were unplugged which was weird but overall this place met my needs.

There was dirt, dust, grime everywhere. Bathroom sink doesn't drain. Couldnt get in given wrong code. Can't control heat. No extra toilet paper or towels. I have pictures of EVERYTHING! Even recorded sink drain time, and still not complete, after 37 minutes. If this is what HomeAway offers this us my first and last time for me.

Super bowl dates were booked couldn’t extend your stay . Did apologize for not updating lock box code, there was family emergency had to leave .emergency , fone numbers are provided for guests comfort and needs and available round the clock. High rise building do have issues but sorted immediately on complaints. Heating controlled by building management. Cleaning company takes care of our units and do a good job . January was a busy month and cleaning was done almost 2-3 times a week. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Beautiful home in a great location!
We came in town to watch the Falcons play, and love the location of this apartment! It’s in walking distance to the Dome, Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, Centennial Park, restaurants, etc. If you don’t feel like walking, there are scooters to rent! Check in was smooth, the apartment was clean and inviting. We honestly didn’t want to check out! I will definitely be staying here again in the future! Thanks for having us.

Great apartment in the center of downtown Atlanta
Highly recommend this apartment. It has everything, including great location/views, living room, kitchen, deck/patio and Wi-Fi/TV. Tastefully decorated and cleanly maintained. Accommodating and polite owner and excellent staff in the building. Conveniently located near Peachtree location on MARTA, as well as numerous places nearby to eat and visit.

Perfect location!
I loved it! The location is perfectly convenient, walking distance to main attractions, restaurants, Mall, CVS... The apartment is comfortable (loved the couch) and has an enjoyable view from the balcony and room. The place is everything you need to feel like home and yet enjoy time away from it. Front desk personal at the lobby is very nice. The hospitality and attentions from the host is the cherry on top of the ice cream. Definitely recommend to everyone looking for a nice, affordable place to stay when vacationing in Atlanta. I now know where to stay the next time I visit.

Good for price.
We had a hard time getting into the building as there was no one to let us into the building. Then when we got in and a desk person showed up we had not been put on the list they keep. It worked out okay because I had our reservation pulled up on my phone. Condo itself was clean and neat. Only complaint about the condo itself would be that the bed and couch are not very comfortable. Otherwise cute place in downtown and good for our one night stay.

Hi Katherine, At that time concierge must be on break, call bell is placed near the door. Concierge do not have the list of guests, guests have to tell their checkin and checkout dates and show their ID . This is for security reasons. Sorry about the couch my delivery was one day late have replaced with a brand new one. Regarding the bed it’s the first time we received a complaint about the bed , will definitely look into this and try my best. Loved it! Very convenient!
My family came to Atlanta for a little city get away. The condo was very clean check in was quick and easy. Having to pay for parking was a bit inconvenient but there was a parking lot close so not too bad. Dee Dee was a pleasure to work with we were within a 10 minute walk to just about everything! If we make another trip to Atlanta we will certainly stay here again!

Awesome place to stay in the city
LOVED this apartment. It’s right in the city, so we would walk to Centennial Park every evening. It’s a couple of blocks from MARTA. I love the hustle and bustle of the city and this apartment puts you in the middle of it. The apartment itself is great too. We felt right at home. The view from the balcony is fantastic and it’s a great place to just sit and relax for a bit. Although the apartment isn’t huge, the layout gives it ample space. Dee Dee was great to work with and she responded to all our question. During the stay she made sure everything was good. On a side note, the staff of the building is so superb. They also helped with everything and were extremely friendly. Honestly, that’s rare. I would definitely recommend this place. Especially if you’re coming for a business trip since this puts you not only at the heart of Atlanta, but also right next to the MARTA, which was a big deal for me (going to my office and back and to the airport as well).

I really enjoyed my stay at this unit. Such a great location, within walking distance to pretty much everything downtown. If not, uber swerve around 5-10 bucks . The rental was delightful - everything I needed was there for me when I arrived. There were even complimentary drinks in the fridge! Dee Dee made our stay hassle free and was such a professional. Definitely will be staying again in the future!! 5 stars !!!
