The room had a mildew smell, a stranger we sleeping in his truck on the property in the back. People outside smoking stuff other than cigarettes. I did not stay at the hotel, went somewhere else
The property was very nice, rooms were clean, but not every outlet was working. A/C could have been a little cooler & the pillows were super flat. Fitness room was out of order, but everything else was good. Staff was friendly. I stayed an additional week, and they matched the Expedia price.
What i like about the is that it was clean customer service was great. Breakfast was good but not a lot of options unless you order foods frm uber eats or you can walk to cracker barrel. What i didn't like was that i reserve a none smoking room, it smell like someone had a smoking party in the room. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will stay again very nice restaurants near the property i mean in walking distance from the hotel.
My stay was peaceful from desk agent was very helpful to me and my family!

The purpose of a hotel is to sleep. For that purpose I could hear normal conversations in the next room. Therefore, it did not meet my needs. Oyher than that it was ok for the price.
Should have better breakfast options especially since you have truck drivers and business clients.

The staff was not on the same page. I requested a late check out the housekeeper rushed me to leave because she wasn’t informed of my late check out. My items were left in the room. I informed the front desk representative and he accused me of lying. Just rude.
First off this hotel is really disgusting I’m surprised it isn’t shut down. My room was smoked out i had to go buy candles to get rid of smell but that was the least of my concerns. Front desk man was really nice until i told him my toilet had a smell after it flushed he didn’t want to move me he came in the room and literally put his face inside the toilet to smell after flushing told me he couldn’t smell anything but the candles i had lit definitely took over somewhat of the smells in the room. My sheets had stains on them the fitted, flat and comforter! I had to go ask for new sheets and i didn’t even get a comforter he gave me a bed mattress pad!! I didn’t sleep at all my stay was very unpleasant this isn’t one of those second chance hotels I’ll never stay here again. It isn’t worth the money if you’re looking for a clean hotel.
This is the worst Hampton that I've stayed in. Very old and outdated. I was worried when I walked in the front door 2 large garbage cans running over with cans and bottles. Front desk person did not greet me at the desk was sitting and drinking. I had to address her. I am so glad I travel with my own sheets and towels

Everything from shower to carpet was extremely dirty would not recommend anyone to stay in this place

My room was ok but the toilet was so low to ground and there wasn't any hand rails to help you get up. That was very disappointing to me because I had a hip problem and that made it very difficult for me.
