The only 2 things I didn't like were that was no soap in the shower and that the bathtub was really slippery... no safe mat or else...

I am really enjoyed this property the amenities like pool. I felt safe area around & inside is really nice clean smells good. The staff were really helpful & polite . The view from room was lovely big spacious room w/ sofa desk area nice big bed clean sheets nice bathroom. Also no one came to knock door rushing or slowing down to check out. Very pleasant experience

Would give it to zero stars if I could. When you first check in they give you a page that basically says that if you are a loud guest after a certain time they will kick you out however, they won’t. They won’t do anything about it . when we stayed about a week ago on our trip cross country. There was a party going on next-door until about three in the morning. We called the front desk several times, and they did nothing about it. I finally called Expedia because we really needed to and Expedia contact the front desk and they told the front desk that there’s nothing that they can do about it because “ they are guests too “ so apparently that slip of paper doesn’t mean crud. So be for warned if loud screaming neighbors next-door at night they won’t lift a finger to help and they won’t even reimburse you or even move you to another room like most hotels will do. they can’t be bothered to take five minutes and do anything to help

Our toilet clogged and we told them at 9am. When we returned at 10pm toilet still clogged and they said they had no one to fix it and no access to the locked maintenance area. We had to come to Lobby to go to the restroom. They said no manager on duty and just didn't resolve it. After our 1am trip to the Lobby to pee the toilet unclogged on its own. Unbelievable.

Didn’t like the dangerous parking situation. The height verification steel hanging beams are several different heights around the parking garage. They allow you to enter and then get considerably lower after your trapped, WTH!!

They need to do a better job with cleaning the rooms. The room was not clean and had a bad smell like mildew. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Property is lovely. But the staff wasn’t too welcoming coming in. Not sure if it was due to our big group coming In this weekend and they may have been overwhelmed, but it definitely showed once we arrived. Also the breakfast charge was confusing. Front desk told us $30 each per room, cafe told us $15. The questions that were asked were different from staff to staff. Not sure if they were informed that the group rate included breakfast credit, but it definitely was a hassle that morning to get our kids breakfast before their tournament. I’ve worked In the hospitality 10 years so things like this was never acceptable when customers came. Lovely property like stated before, but the first expression is always more valuable and memorable. Thanks for having us.

I like the location and the character of he property. I had issues with my billing. I also had issues when checking out 2nd. I was harassed around 11:30 about checking out. Lady walked into my room with out knocking while I was on a conference call. Housing keeping then called me. Then the facilities manager came by my room 5 min later. None of this occurred the 1st day I stayed but must have been a totally different staff second day who were very pushy, rude, and unprofessional.

Check in was smooth. Conveniently located near restaurants. Large pool. Paid parking garage has elevators to the lobby. The building needs some tender, love, and care. Our room layout was different. We had a clear view of the next door’s balcony even though we did not have a balcony. The phone did not work, we could not call the front desk or from room to room. I recommend adding heat to the pool room and keeping the pool room well-stocked with towels, to prevent slippery elevator floors and accidents.
