Only one morning desk staff was helpful. Only one housekeeper was helpful to our needs. The evening desk staff never gave anything that we needed and were rude. I have never stayed in a hotel that we could not get a blanket. I could not get an extra pot to warm food, etc... It was advertised that breakfast was served, very misleading.

Nice and quiet area. The staff were helpful. Hotel definitely needs to be updated and cleaned thoroughly. Would not recommend staying here if you have allergies or if you are sensitive to strong smells. Elevator smells like cigarette smoke and the hallway has a strange odor. The carpet has not been cleaned in a long time. The room was clean.

When entering, the doors are challenging to open, the entrance smells nice however my room reeked of cigarette smoke almost to the point where I left and my clothing smelled like cigarettes. The hallways smelled like marijuana and the carpets were pretty dirty. I did like the setup in the room, the amenities and how cozy it “could” have been if it didn’t smell so badly of cigarettes.

Stayed in room 220. The staff was excellent and helpful. Room had all the amenities of a small apartment, full size fridge , mini stovetop, microwave etc. However the bathroom was the issue. shower tub was a little dirty and toilet leaked from underneath and was wobbly when you flushed it. Bed was a little stiff also
