Bugs in room. Poor service bec no staff on duty. Elevators didn't feel reliable. Extremely limited selection for breakfast. Parking additional charge. Snacks/drinks are way over-priced. Convenient to airport was only plus.

The computer system was down at the hotel the same night there were thousands of travelers stranded in Atlanta. The night manager did her best - kudos to her. The room when we finally got in it was attractive and clean, but there was No shuttle from the airport so we had to pay a taxi and it took well over 1.5 hours to check in. We left before breakfast, the shuttle was full going back to the airport so we again had to pay for a Lyft. We spent nearly two hundred dollars for 3 hours in the room. Hopefully this was an isolated incident

I arrived at The Spark with a reservation, only to find another 100 or so people ahead of me waiting for a room at 1230am, due to the hotel system being non-operational. I waited for about one hour but the line did not move. Nobody was getting a room because they couldn't access the rooms due to the electronic keys not working. Long story short, I slept on a seat at the airport, which really wasn't sleep at all. They haven't even return my funds!!!!
