We reject the notion of Terrible. Our villa welcome lots of guests, but I dont believe that they actually sit and looks at a specific repair that has nothing to do with cleanliness amenities etc. For example we strive for success there is nothing in the villa based on pics which you did not recd. We go above and beyond to provide complementary water and wine coffee condiments for guest usage. Inaddition to our support system of providing a hostess that you are able to reach out to during your stay in the event and issue arose. We did not hear anything from you during your two days stay. If you walk and there is a cracking sound. Ask yourself what do that do for a short stay and long stay etc. The bathrooms and half bathroom reflect the pictures that is on our page. colors etc. Again, thank for the feedback, accept review, but will defend with is not accurate based on price the picture and reputation we are working to attain and meet.
