There are very few hotels that offer self parking as an option, as there is just no space for it. Our valet pricing is in line with the other hotels for this area. I know it may appear to be a lot; but honestly, it is the same all over this city/industry. Exceeded expectations!!! I saw a lot of reviews regarding noise but we experienced none of that during our weekend stay here. Beautiful boutique hotel with comfortable beds…would definitely stay here again

We went here for a date night…the staff was very friendly upon arriving. The bar staff was excellent and friendly. The food was on point even though the fryer was down they baked our wings and honestly I believe them to better than the fried ones, was well worth the wait time. Overall it’s a real intimate setting if you need a quick getaway.

The check in was confusing. The confirmation for this hotel was three king rooms. The check-in had two rooms under one guest name and my room was a double queen handicap room. The reservation was to pay at check-in, and they ask to put a credit card for incidentals for each room. This gives me the impression that I paid for all three rooms. Could not find the k-cups for the coffee maker in the room. Otherwise, I liked the rooms and location and would definitely go back.

Our room needed to be cleaned we contacted check in and told them exactly what we wanted done so next day after returning to our room the one thing we requested was still not cleaned. There was construction nearby and loud they started early. Location was great loved the look and style of hotel. Overall a great place and will probably stay there again.

The hotel is located next to construction of a commercial building. Also, when we arrived at the room, I noticed that a large part of the floor was sticky. I took a bathroom towel and to try and get it off, and the towel was filthy black on the section I cleaned. The staff upfront and the valet parkers were very professional and thoughtful.

Weekend stay at the Wylie in ATL.
Even when sign was visible to service the room. It really didn’t get cleaned. Yes, the bed was made, but the shower and sink didn’t appear to have been cleaned. Noticed things from the previous day. The parking fee is ridiculous, $45/night.

We had an amazing stay overall. I did have one concern, and that was the shower. I'm not sure if we had an ADA room or not, but the shower wasn't very conventional. The water kept pouring out of the shower. We tried creating a barrier but nothing worked.

Best hotel in a great location
I stayed at the Wylie for the One Music Festival and boy did I have an amazing time!!!! The pictures on the site doesn’t any justice for how adorable this place was. Every time I went in or left, it always smelled amazing!! The beds were so comfortable and the customer service was top notch!! I’ll definitely be staying at this hotel again!!

Apparently there is no room service until you check out, and we were there for three nights (dirty towels, ran out of coffee, etc.). There were ice machines on third an fifth floor, but neither one was working. Instead of conditioner in shower, there was hand lotion and the shampoo container was empty. Employees were great with one exception: On one trip to the restaurant/bar, the staff never came wait on us. We sat at the bar and they were not busy, so no excuse for it.

loved it!
the location was amazing around all of my favorite spots in atlanta. the hotel is super cute and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. loved the little bar area as well. the only disappointment was the bed. it was super hard while the pillows were super flimsy. would love to return however i’ll bring my own pillow next time.

Hotels.com did not secure a room for us
We did not get to stay at the Wylie... apparently Hotels.com did not transmit our reservation to the hotel, so the hotel did not have a room for us to stay in. It's been 2 days and Hotels.com has not found anyone with the ability to process a refund. We had to pay a last minute rate at another hotel.

Beautiful but needs work to be truly comfortable
Beautiful space and clean. Construction across the window and could hear the guests upstairs in the hall and above me. Slept awful. Didn't get my hypoallergenic note (sounds like that is on Hotels.com though not on the hotel). Rude and slow service in the restaurant.

The overall service was good, however, there was only 1 server at breakfast on Saturday and Sunday morning. He had to manage the inside and outside tables which caused an unnecessary delay in service. Kudos to him for his patience and charming personality! Please add at least 2 more servers to the staff.
