My stay at Wyndham Garden was good. The bed, bathroom, and just the room overall was clean and good. The only thing the breakfast could’ve been better. Need to think about establishing a laundry area. I stayed for 6 days to take my son to college. I would stay there again

We loved the location as it was very close to the waterpark we were visiting. The property could use a little upgrade, and better attention to the cleaning subtleties, like stains on the chair. Overall, the rooms were clean and the stay was quiet and comfortable.

The original room that I booked ended up being motel style/opened up outside facing the pool area. This was not preferred and not specified in the booking as far as I remember. The door wouldn't close all the way, leaving a gap open to the outside. I brought this to the staff's attention and asked to be moved into the pain part of the hotel where the doors open into a hallway instead of outside. It was a $20 fee to be moved to that room which I felt was worth it to feel safe.

Front desk lady must hate her life or her job. Didn't talk and was rude when spoken to or when asked a question. The sheets had stains and the shower had hair... the pool was great! Breakfast was ehh.. Only warm food were grits and waffles..

Beds were comfortable and clean room. Unfortunately, the pool was closed so after a long drive to get there it was disappointing, but they offered to give us a refund to stay somewhere else. We opted to stay because we were tired. Breakfast was what you’d expect at a hotel, nothing fancy but good for the start of the day. The front desk staff was lovely.

No one at this hotel is friendly. I travel for work and have been in a lot of hotels and rarely have I been to one where the front desk staff just ignore the fact that you are standing in front of them. Two staff members just continued chatting about the shift change on the day I arrived. The next morning I stood there and the front desk person didn’t even look up, but let me tell you when I dropped the room key in the box he yelled whoa whoa what room were you in, like I shouldn’t of just dropped the key in the box. Sorry buddy didn’t know we were speaking today! Forget getting breakfast unless you want to stand in line for the one waffle maker, oatmeal or bread. Cause that’s all you are getting. And whoever heard of putting milk in a juice dispensing machine, very worried about the cleanliness of that. If cheap is what you want stay here. Anything else go somewhere else.
