We had a great stay at this property! We were in the area for the Walnut Valley Festival in Winfield. Having stayed at a different property of Nyccole's last year, we knew we would be happy with it. Comfortable beds, great linens, well equipped for our needs. Highly recommend this host!

It was horrible, the floors were not vacuumed we had to ASK for a mattress for the pull out bed. They ended up moving us to a different room that was 10x dirtier. The bathtub has standing water in it, and the paint was chipping off the walls and the enamel on the toilets were chipped and scuffed. ...
