Location, Location, Location
Yes, this was a good location and the property manager was quick to respond to any question. The place was quiet and there was no drama around us. People need to know more explicitly that there is a highway you have to cross to walk to the beach. I was saddened that on my first vacation in fourteen years I had to dust the place. Dust is other people and their pets skin cells. It is kind of gross.

Nice townhouse within walking distance of dining and entertainment. Beds in 2nd bedroom were perhaps picked for younger guest. Two 40+ year old Combat veterans slept on the two beds in that room and they were very uncomfortable. The master bed was comfortable. The couch and chairs downstairs were very low and made it difficult for a 64 year old with a bad back to get up and down. Otherwise a nice unit and experience.

Horrible communicator
Directions for entry we’re not given. We got in a day late and let her know but we didn’t hear back from anyone so with the door code to get into the property so we had to stay at a local hotel. Only ended up using the place for laundry on the last day of our booking.

Great access to many historical sites.
Townhome is very basic with its furnishings however all our needs were met. As mentioned, the area is full of historic sites, restaurants, fishing and kayaking. Ft. Macon offers so much. Overall, the vacation was good.

Great little getaway
Great condo, love the Miami vibes with the decor. Perfect for our little furbaby as they have a backyard area, and the neighborhood was perfect for walks. My only suggestion would be a mirror in the upstairs bedrooms, it would be nice to have additional mirrors upstairs when getting dress/ready since it seemed like someone was always in the bathroom. No complaints really enjoyed the condo and Atlantic Beach, I hope to get back there someday.

Good vacation home
The house itsself was really nice and clean. Everything was easy to find as well, the only thing I wish that there was a bit more patio furniture with a bigger table outside. The neighborhood and area around the house were nice. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the house and it is completely beautiful. There are restaurants all around with wonderful seafood. Again renting this property for a vacation was really good.

great location!
The location was perfect for a long weekend get away to the beach. Only a few short blocks from the beach access point and right near great shops and walking distance to great options for dinner! The apartment was great with a good kitchen and beds for everyone to use but blankets and pillows only provided for 2 of the beds and not the other two extras, but this wasn’t an issue for me!
