Great property! Small playground and open field to play and the pool is beautiful and clean. Safe and short walk to the beach, there is a boardwalk all the way to the beach so a wagon is easy. Restaurant and essential shopping in walking distance. You can easily do 3 small family groups here and still have privacy. There is a very large bunk room that includes a separate queen bed. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom with 1/2 bath on main level. Cute fenced courtyard with swing. The host was helpful and attentive if needed. This is the best overall property we have stayed at.

Perfect Accommodations

We were in town for a wedding at Crystal Coast Country Club and we couldn't have found a better spot! We were within steps to the beach, fun bars and great food. The property was very clean and the pool was amazing.

Enjoyed our 2 week stay.

We enjoyed Atlantic Beach and this property. The entire community was very well maintained and quiet. We used to host a VRBO property in Carolina Beach and found this beach even better. We were able to park right across the road to make the walk to the beach even easier. The pool was great for our granddaughter.

Basketball tourney

Was a beautiful location, easy access and not to far from where the tournament games were being played. Only downside was we didn't get to see much sunshine due to the waether. Overall we had a great stay. Thanks so much, we enjoyed ourselves.

Memorial Day Holiday

We stayed here for a night over the holiday weekend (4 adults and 2 children). The location is very close to the beach, the property is very nice, and the host was very responsive with texting. There are restaurants and stores within a 5 minute drive, and it is 5-10 minute drive to the aquarium. I would definately stay here again.

Everything with this property was fantastic, start to finish. There was a minor issue regarding the listed beds on Vrbo versus what was present, but the property manager made it right immediately. Everything was clean and true to form based on the pictures.

This place hit all the marks! Clean, beautiful, roomy, comfortable, plus a fantastic host! She worked with us when we requested an earlier check-in time, which was greatly appreciated! Couldn't have been more pleased. We would stay here again if we return to Atlantic Beach!

Relaxing week at the beach!

This property was exactly as advertised online! The master bedroom was HUGE! I was able to put the moveable twin bed and a pack and play for my 2 children to sleep on and still have more than enough room to walk around!! The owner had left trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, etc for us to use, which was extremely nice! Our code didn’t work on our door but she had already given us an alternate way to get in and was very quick to respond with any messages sent! I would definitely recommend this condo and my family and I will be returning here again!!!

Wonderful Long Weekend!

We really enjoyed our long weekend trip to Atlantic Beach! The townhouse was exactly as described and had lots of room (especially in the bedrooms and bathrooms). I thought it was nice that the sheets and towels were soft and pretty good quality - you don’t always get this with beach rentals! I also loved that we could bring our dog with us. The location was great - just a short walk across the street to the beach, although a few in our group chose to drive and park in the public access parking lot. We visited the pool one afternoon and it was very nice and well maintained. The only negative thing I would say is that the living room seating was not great - it could benefit from rearranging the furniture and getting something that is more comfortable and will accommodate more people. Same for the outdoor area - it would have been nice to have a couple extra chairs out there in addition to the bench swing! With that being said, this was a great rental and we would love to stay here again in the future!

Birthday Getaway

I decided at the last minute that a getaway to our favorite beach was the perfect gift for my wife’s birthday. I was willing to accept almost anything that was available but we hit the jackpot here. Reasonable rates, convenient location, fully stocked and with a fenced patio area for our small dogs. Three bedrooms on the second and third floors, each with a full bath, TV and variety of bed sizes. We have rented beach houses for over 30 years and have never had one that provided as many essentials as this one. Paper towels, TP, washing powder, dishwasher soap - even sharp knives! I always travel with my own because of poor quality found in most rentals but I never pulled mine out. The swimming pool is huge and maintained well. The five-minute walk to the beach is easy, made more so by the beach wagon provided by the owner, Michele, who is readily accessible and accommodating. We would love to return for another visit ASAP.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The property was as it was listed and we loved that instructions on how to care for the home were posted and very clear. The home is very nice, clean, and well maintained. We were close to the beach and stores that we frequent. Overall, we had a great vacation experience and hope to return on future visits to this home.
