Sea Dreams is a stunning oceanfront vacation rental designed for unforgettable coastal escapes. This spacious home features four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, offering comfort and privacy for families and groups traveling together. Set within a colorful neighborhood, Sea Dreams blends relaxed beach charm with modern conveniences.
The heart of the home is located on the second floor, where an open floor concept living area allows natural light to flow freely throughout the space. The living room, dining area, and kitchen come together seamlessly, creating an ideal setting for gathering, entertaining, and relaxing after a day at the beach. The kitchen is equipped with sleek stainless steel appliances and a large island that provides additional seating—perfect for casual meals, morning coffee, or evening conversations.
Step outside and take advantage of the oceanfront setting, where you can enjoy stunning views and soothing sounds of the waves. Outdoor seating areas invite you to wind down with an evening book or simply soak in the coastal atmosphere. BED CONFIGURATIONS:
2 King Beds, 1 Double Bed, and 2 Twin Beds

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

-Pool opens the weekend before Memorial Day weather permitting
-Pool will close between September and October weather permitting

Nice place in a great spot!

Very nice place with plenty of room for everyone. The view from the beach side decks is phenomenal. Very responsive hosts.

Great Family Vacation

Wonderful property, clean and beautifully decorated inside. The 3 story layout was perfect for our 8 member family vacation. It had a well supplied kitchen, nice baths, and laundry room. Property manager was friendly and helpful.

Great Rental Find

The property was as advertised. In fact I would say I was more impressed with the place in person. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Proximity to beach was amazing, and the local restaurants and nightlife in and around the area were fantastic. This was a group-of-friends trip, and many of the people in my party mentioned renting this place later in the year with their families.

Michael at Spectrum Properties was wonderful to work with! 303 Sea Dreams was a dream come true for our family. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The view was wonderful and we can’t wait to come back. Michael assisted us with a last minute request and we couldn’t have been more thankful. Looking forward to more fun and comfort at 303 Sea Dreams!

Vacation 2023

Overall I would give this property a "B". Large rooms and everything you need, plus a great view. Pool is great. You can tell this is a "rental" property though. Dated decorating and some things need fixed and you can tell from the outside that this unit needs repair when you compare to other units. Driveway boards coming up and broken. Broken driveway boards and a dangerous hole in the driveway. Chairs on patio broken. Telescope does not work. Seal on garage door hanging off. Front door missing wooden slat. A lot of rusted personal items on porch. Front screen porch off kitchen has broken railing and had to keep kids away from porch. Stair treads missing and some loose on spiral staircase. I would recommend this property, but would not pay more than $300/night in the current condition.

Beautiful view from kitchen/living room.

Having the inverted floor plan is a lot of steps but it resulted in a beautiful view from the 3rd floor of both the ocean and the waterway on the other side of the house as well. Loved having the propane grill on the 3rd floor porch. We grilled out a couple times and it was very convenient to have it so close. The LoveSack couch was quite comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed the large dining table for meals together and game playing. The beds could have been a bit more comfortable but not too bad as a vacation home.

Family vacation

Overall this house was fantastic for our family vacation ! The walk way to the beach can be tough but nothing that can’t be done the view of the ocean from the house is amazing ! We used the stove to cook and it takes forever to heat up and cook but we eventually got it all cooked . One thing is the bed (king size ) downstairs needs a mattress cover other than that we will deff. Keep this property in mind when returning to this area .

Fabulous location

Great location on the beach, short distance from state park. Plenty of space inside with all amenities. A bit disappointed in some of the furniture (living room / bedroom) which is old and looking soiled. Also - the top bedspreads are not sent off to the laundry, leaving us wondering if they are ever washed. Ultimate cleanliness is important, especially now. Finally, the tv system is much too complicated for simple use, and there are no instructions in the unit.

Needs some updates

We have always enjoyed staying in the houses at Sea Dreams. This house was not one of the better ones we’ve rented. It definitely needs to have some updates. The stove is old and didn’t work too well. The doors are all old and need to be updated. Some of the windows are so dirty you can’t see out of them. We also saw some bugs. Having said all of this, the house location is great and fully equipped for everything we needed. Overall a great vacation but the rent for this house is expensive considering all of the updates needed here.
