Welcome to this small but cozy condo in Atlantic Beach. This awesome property features open concept living room, queen size bed and kitchen all in an open area. The condo is small on size but big on amenities! Guests can enjoy WiFi, AC, kitchen for cooking in addition to one of the nicest pools on the island. And to top that off the beautiful sandy beach is just across the street! Less than a five-minute walk. This popular unit faces the Inner Coastal Waterway for beautiful views and has quick access to the facility grills and gazebo for enjoying the outside afternoons. There is a lot of green grass for the kids to run and get out some energy. This space is perfect for a couple or a couple with kids as it is open spaced and has a pull-out sofa in addition to the queen size bed. Atlantic Beach is a very popular vacation destination, and you can enjoy going to the NC Aquarium, the beach and surf shops, the awesome seafood restaurants or fun waterparks and shopping all in close proximity to this unit. Adhere to complex quiet times 10pm to 8am. Anyone causing disturbance will be asked to leaven by manager or owner and no refund will be given.
No boats or trailers allowed on property. Boat slips are for owners only! You can use the dock to for fishing or sightseeing.
Prior to departure, please wash all dishes and put away. Put at trash in bins located at entrance of facility or back of West side of complex.
