This well-appointed, super clean, newer construction, first floor unit features four bedrooms (each with Smart TV), two baths, large open kitchen/living room with plenty of seating, gas fireplace, large screen Smart TV and surround sound. UNIT FEATURES
Enjoy the experience of a private, gated side yard, large, gated porch, private outdoor shower and complimentary beach chairs, board games, and toys to enjoy during your vacation.

The open layout dining room has seating for six for family meals or game nights. The living room is spacious with plenty of seating to kick back and relax, a Smart TV with surround sound, and a gas fireplace.
The bright, open kitchen is stocked with cookware, silverware, glasses, paper towels and dish soap. There’s a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, stove top, and oven.

The primary bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom with double vanity sink and shower. The second bedroom has one bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top), and an additional twin bed. The third bedroom has a full size bed, and finally, the fourth bedroom comes with two twin beds that can be configured as a king size bed. The second bathroom has a bathtub and comes stocked with essentials.

Enjoy the outdoor play area and large furnished porch. This property has so many ways to enjoy the sunshine and salt air… whether you’re searching for a spot of solace, or a open air space to hang with friends.

Great Stay

Everything was great. From the start we had a great response. We noticed that the bunk beds were really loose. I called up and they had a maintenance man come out with in the hour. Great service. Super location. You can literally park your car and you are able to walk to everything. Would definitely book again.

The guest bath tub was not clean upon arrival. We bought a bath mat. It needed a good cleaning. The light in the queen bedroom flickered. Enjoyed our stay in OCNJ.

Wonderful host and location

Jody is very nice, and his place is beautiful. We only stayed one night but had a blast. The place is spacious and Jody left a little care package which everyone enjoyed. I hope we can stay again.

Perfect getaway

Where to start…Jody is super accommodating & responsive, down to earth. This house was perfect to celebrate a 40th birthday party with close friends! Clean & spacious, amazing front porch, such a close walk to the boardwalk & beach. We had a blast & won’t book a stay anywhere but here!

Perfect weekend getaway spot!

We LOVED this house! We chose to spend my mom’s birthday in OCNJ with my siblings and a few of my mom’s close friends. With a rainy weekend, the covered porch was perfect to sit outside at the table together. Stef was a great help making sure we were all settled when we checked in. It had enough space for all of us and being on central ave was a great close location to everything. We hope we can return again soon!!

Close to everything!

We Loved that we could walk to so many restaurants, and shops. Also a short walk to the beach and the boardwalk. We hardly used our vehicle during our stay. After a long drive to get to your destination it’s nice to ditch the car and walk everywhere!

Return trip to this home was as wonderful as our first

we stayed here last year and we loved it even more this year - my daughter, husband and grandchildren as well as her in laws coming in for a dat trip all had a great time - location was ideal - 2 blocks to beach and boardwalk/rides - as well as the house space and set up worked perfectly for family game being played, meals, and hanging out between beach and night time boards - perfect in every way so we have already scheduled for next year :) Key West Family - formally of Media PA - can't get enough
