Welcome to your new home away from home. Just home was just listed on VRBO in March 2020!
This 4 Bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2nd floor home is located just 2 blocks from the beach & boardwalk. We are located just steps away from the downtown restaurants, mini golf and the iconic Asbury Ave shopping strip. You are within walking distance to anything and everything you need in the town that was voted America's greatest family resort, Ocean City NJ!!
The city has a string of beaches and a boardwalk with shops, eateries and amusement parks. Gillian’s Wonderland Pier offers classic rides like the Giant Wheel. Playland’s Castaway Cove features several roller coasters and themed mini-golf. To the south, Corson’s Inlet State Park, with trails and a boat launch, attracts shorebirds to its dunes and wetlands. Ocean City has something to offer everyone and we are located right in the heart of it!

Sheets and towels are the responsibility of the guests. You can bring them or rent them .

Beautiful home in a great location

Beautiful 2nd floor home, very spacious. Loved that two rooms had their own bathrooms. The porch was awesome, loved that half was covered. Great spot for walking to the boardwalk or asbury shops/restaurants. Was located right near Ocean city coffee company on Asbury, which was a perfect way to start my morning. Would stay again!

Wonderful Short Stay!

We were attending a local wedding and it was much more comfortable than staying at a hotel. We had 6 adults and 2 children. We left an item after we checked our and Missy was very responsive in arranging for us to get it back. Thank you!

Great place for family vacation

We had a very nice time at this OCNJ property! We found it very spacious with plenty of room for my husband, two kids and in-laws. Three bathrooms makes showering after the beach a breeze ! Beds were comfortable and it was a short 5 minute walk to boardwalk:) The kitchen was well stocked except for wine glasses (there was only 1). We had a lovely time and would stay again:)

Fantastic Trip, great house and location

My sister and I along with our 7 kids between us were able to spend a few great days in OC making memories. Not many rentals allow for just a few nights so I was thrilled to be able to book this house. With so many kids, teens & tweens, the house was perfect with its big table, bar stools and patio. The location was great with the beach and boardwalk just a short walk along with shopping and restaurants just one block! The patio was a quiet spot in the evenings and we liked being able to relax. The beach tags and chairs for the beach were an added bonus. Contact with host was seamless, no issues. I would absolutely book again.

Great house Checked all the boxes.

Me and my family as well as my Best friend and his family come to ocean city every year for the last 7 years and always have a great time. This year was no different , we needed an extra bedroom from prior years since the kids getting older and got this house. This house had the 3 bedrooms we needed also 3 bathrooms came in very handy. The outdoor balcony was great for unwinding after long days on the board walk. The 2 parking spots definitely was awesome as well. The host was quick to respond to our questions and accommodated our needs. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location for Ocean City boardwalk and beach.

We stayed for a weekend trip to ocean city with 5 adults and 4 teenagers. Plenty of room in the 4 bedroom and 3 bath condo. We didn’t use the kitchen very much because we wanted to eat manco pizza everyday! Enjoyed the porch seating in the mornings and evening. The garage and parking spot worked well for two vehicles and then we drove around to find parking for the other cars. By Sunday we figured out to move the other vehicles to central Avenue and just pay the parking meters with the park mobile app. The air conditioning and ceiling fans in each room made for a comfortable place during a very hot weekend. The garage had a beach cart, at least five beach chairs and three or four beach umbrellas to use. Clean, comfortable, spacious and great location. We would definitely stay here again.

We had such a great time here! House was beautiful/ modern/ clean. Location was great - about 3 blocks to the beach/ boardwalk. Check in/ out was easy. Loved the big porch with couches. Would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

Great stay!

This house was perfect for our girls trip. Balconies in the front and back were an amazing bonus, great location near the boardwalk, and the beach tags were a lifesaver! Clean, comfortable, seamless check in and check out (without the millions of chores other rentals will make you do).Only thing I will note is that this property is up two flights of stairs with no elevator, so people with mobility issues may have difficulty accessing it.Thank you for a great stay!

It was a lovely home that accommodated the 11 of us perfectly.The table even sat 11! The kitchen was well supplied although we found we didn't cook much but ate food at the Boardwalk. The garage was filled with beach equipment, a TThe property is the top floor of a lovely hose so only drawback were all the steps to climb.

Beautiful house and our entire family had a great time. Lots of room, which was good since it rained 2 days and we had 3 children under age 2 to entertain. Convenient parking for 2 cars and an easy walk to the boardwalk. Will definitely stay again.

Great Stay

Everything was exactly as advertised. Plenty of room for everyone to be together and still have their space in individual rooms. Host was incredibly attentive to any questions and was very helpful. Would highly recommend this place again, and would look at staying again for future trips!
