Our home sits on nearly an acre of land and features a large backyard surrounded by mature trees. It offers plenty of privacy and outdoor space for registered guests to enjoy meals, relax, or spend quality time together.

First Floor

For guests who prefer to avoid using stairs during their stay, the first floor includes two bedrooms and one full bathroom. Please note that there are approximately four to five steps from the driveway to the entrance.

The first floor includes:

* One additional futon in one of the bedrooms
* One recently renovated full bathroom
* A spacious living room with comfortable seating

Because the home is located in a residential neighborhood, the outdoor area may not be used for parties, events, loud music, or large gatherings.

Optional baby equipment and beach gear may be available to rent. Reservations should be made at least 24 hours before check-in and are subject to availability.

This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We welcome respectful guests who will take care of the property and be considerate of our neighbors.

1. No rowdy or disruptive groups. Excessive noise, shouting, loud music, or disruptive behavior is not permitted. Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum, especially after 9:00 PM.
2. No smoking. Smoking is not permitted inside the home or anywhere on the property.
3. No parties, events, or unregistered guests. Only the guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property. Visitors and additional guests require advance approval.

Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Serious or repeated violations of the house rules may result in the reservation being terminated without a refund.
