Stay just steps from the beach, a 5-minute walk to the Ocean Casino and Hard Rock, the perfect home base for all of AC’s fun and attractions. We're also right around the corner from the brand new North Beach Mini Golf, located right on the Boardwalk along Euclid Ave!



The Space:

Make your way up the brick steps and into the grand beach house that has been fully updated with a fresh contemporary design while still embracing the rich history and heritage features that make this home special. The spacious rooms are filled with natural light from the bay windows that wrap around the house giving it a light and airy feel.



The main living area features a lowline chaise lounge that surrounds the huge smart tv with a soundbar and is the perfect place to catch up on all your favorite shows.



Behind are two comfortable reading chairs that sit by the window and opposite is a chic table set for 4 ideal for setting up a boardgame or playing cards with friends. Also on the first floor is the wet bar where you can mix drinks, keep your wine chilled or just use this space to whip up some snacks. We have added a cozy twin bed to this area to maximize sleeping options for guests!



Head upstairs to the main floor where you will find the large gourmet kitchen complete with custom cabinetry, sleek calacatta quartz countertops, high-end appliances and an island breakfast bar. There is a full size fridge/freezer with a filtered water and ice dispenser, a slide-in oven with a gas cooktop, a built in microwave, a coffee maker and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up.



Serve up your meals at the contemporary dining space set for eight (with an available leaf to extend the capacity) or eat alfresco style on a warm sunny day out on the deck with an outdoor table and stunning ocean views.



There is a second living space with a plush sofa and armchair where you can catch up with friends before dinner as well as a handy half bath.



Within the home there are 7 elegant bedrooms each with comfortable beds topped with hotel quality linen and bedding for a restful nights sleep along with plenty of storage space for you to unpack and make yourself at home.



On the first floor, there are (2) bedrooms compromising of (2) queen beds along with a sparkling bathroom stocked with all the essentials along with a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. In addition, there is a cozy twin bed near the wet bar area.



On the second floor there are another (4) spacious bedrooms with queen beds (two rooms include an additional twin bed each) and (2) shared renovated bathrooms.



Finally, on the top floor, there is the “penthouse suite” with an additional full bathroom offering a walk in shower and a his and her vanity stocked with soft fluffy towels.



The house is ideally located just half a minutes’ walk to one of Atlantic City’s most desirable free, public beaches where you can swim, paddle board, learn to surf or just lay on the sand and take it all in.



Back at the house there is a handy outdoor shower where you can wash off before making your way back inside, or just brush the sand off to dip into our relaxing hot tub and walk along the boardwalk to the many casinos, restaurants, shops and attractions that make Atlantic City the fun and exciting place to be.

While we do not tolerate excessive partying (particularly with guests who are not included on your reservation), we welcome bachelor party and bachelorette party groups. Please advise beforehand, and we are happy to make recommendations for your bachelor/bachelorette parties!



We also welcome groups coming to town on golf trips, business/corporate retreats, family reunions, and milestone birthdays.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire house as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, and access to the laundry with a washing machine and dryer.



The Neighborhood:

One of the most famous cities on the New Jersey Coast, Atlantic City is known for its iconic Boardwalk, sandy beaches and glamorous casinos.



Atlantic City is a town with deep roots in tourism. It's a top entertainment spot with big-name stars regularly appearing at its many hotels and theaters. You’ll also find great local acts at beachside venues like the Landshark Bar & Grill and Bourré.



Right near our home are two great walkable options:

1) Start your day with bagels & coffee from Hot Bagels & More, located on Pacific Ave (5-minute walk).

2) Satisfy your pizza cravings at the original Tony Boloney's, right around the corner on Oriental Ave.



When you're ready to venture a little further from the house, enjoy a snack on the Boardwalk or discover Atlantic City institutions like Dock’s Oyster House, the Knife and Fork Inn, and Angelo’s Fairmount Tavern. Or, explore some of the city’s newer arrivals along the Orange Loop, such as the Tennessee Ave Beer Hall, Rhythm & Spirits, Bar32, and Bourré. Visit in March for Atlantic City Restaurant Week to sample some of the best.



Relax on the beach in a deck chair while the kids dig in the sand and enjoy a dip in the Atlantic Ocean or take surfing lessons with NSSA national team members at the SUP School.



Leave the car behind and walk to the many glamorous casinos nearby along the boardwalk with many more attractions and things to see and do in AC all close by:

Orange Loop – 15 minute walk along the Boardwalk



Whether you love music and dance or you're a history and culture fan, you'll be enchanted by Atlantic City and its never ending entertainment. If relaxing is more your thing, simply spend your time at the beach, just half a minute away and then unwind sitting out on your own private deck – what could be better!



Getting Around:

The best way to get around in Atlantic City is on your own two feet, particularly along the Boardwalk where most attractions are within walking distance of one another. If you're worn out from walking, you can hop on the AC's Jitney minibuses or be pushed along the boardwalk in a shaded rolling chair.



Having your own car is handy, especially if you are planning on travelling beyond the city limits or down toward Ducktown/Chelsea. You can also utilize rideshare services like Uber/Lyft or you can use a local taxi service.



If you’re not up to walking and you don’t have your own car, The Atlantic City Jitney is for you! An inexpensive minibus that runs 24 hours a day and goes all long Pacific Avenue with stops at all the major casinos and attractions.



Other Things to Note:

Things to Know Before Your Stay – Winter Season



In the fall and winter months, Atlantic City can be chilly due to the property’s proximity to the ocean. Extreme cold and snow may occasionally cause issues beyond our control, which might not be resolved immediately. Roads can also be covered with heavy snow, making it difficult to leave the house at times.



Please make sure to pack warm clothing to stay comfortable throughout your entire stay.



A few things to note about the house:



1) Pets are welcome for an additional pet fee. Please advise before booking your reservation.

2) There is one 70" Smart TV in the living room. Please note that we do not have cable TV.

3) In an effort to combat noise concerns and out of consideration for our neighbors, we have noise sensors installed at the property to monitor noise levels. We do not record audio of any type. This is strictly to ensure that noise does not eclipse a reasonable level, particularly in the evening hours. All we receive is a time-stamped decibel reading. You should have nothing to worry about as long as you're not engaging in excessive partying.

4) Please note that per Atlantic City's rules, we are not permitted to rent to groups under the age of 21.

5) The house is located adjacent to a large apartment building, and the neighborhood gets somewhat crowded in the summer due to the proximity to the beach, but much less so than other areas of Atlantic City.

6) Please also note that while fully renovated, the home was built over 100 years ago, so it may have some quirks to embrace.
