This is the best place to enjoy the beach, Hard Rock Casino and Ocean Casino, the 85k sqft Lucky Snake arcade and sports bar, and the all new indoor waterpark! When done exploring, come home to complimentary coffee, cable TV, gym, and modern decor.

While each CozySuite is designed according to our style and décor standards, pictures shown above are representative photos of our units at this property, and floor plans, furniture, décor, and views may vary slightly depending on the unit.



This 2BR/3BA condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Skip the cramped hotel rooms and enjoy the convenience of our well-equipped accommodation.

The Neighborhood:

The building Showboat is in an excellent location. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are:

- Absecon Lighthouse

- Atlantic City Aquarium

- Marine Mammal Stranding Center

- Renaissance Plaza

- Brigantine Town Center



Getting Around:

The building Showboat is in an excellent location. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach).



Other Things to Note:

Please know that all Cozy Suites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500.

To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.



Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:

1. 22 years old for out of town guests

2. 25 years old for local guests



No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.



Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.



Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.



Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

Clean and roomy. Loved having three full bathrooms.

The only issue I had was that there was only one tv in the living room. There were no TVs in either of the bedrooms which was a downfall for me. Need to fall asleep to the sound of a tv.
