Beautiful Beach House!

One of nicer listings in Brigantine. 3 story custom built home in a great location in the heart of Brigantine. 4 nicely sized bedrooms each with its own bath and shower. First floor has bedroom, den, rear deck, washer/dryer as well as foyer. Open the door and leave your keys in this beautifully furnished town home. Second floor consists of 3 bedrooms including a large Master with its own walk out deck. The third floor is amazing with lots of windows, open floor plan, vaulted ceiling, gourmet kitchen and front and rear decks for great views 2 blocks to the pristine Brigantine beach and 1.5 blocks to the Bay's public access point (bring your water equipment). Short walk to Center of Town.
Plenty of parking in front of house, garage, outside shower, and yard included. Close to everything (10 min to Atlantic City) and in a quiet residential area. You won't be disappointed, don't miss out!

Overall impression was good except gas grill was not working. The landlord was aware of this but did not let us know. Our group brought all kinds of food for grilling multiple meals. We had to go out and buy a grill and related supplies.

Nice stay!

Great place and location! Place was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. Only problem was its a lot of steps…but, small price for a great property.

Great house for our family

We booked this house for Father’s Day weekend. It was lovely house that was perfect for our family. The location was great, short walk to the beach, and only 20 min from AC. The best feature was the outdoor shower.

Terrific stay

House was immaculate, well equipped and not far from a wide beach. Spacious with each bedroom having private bathroom. Bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas available. Wonderful living room, kitchen, dining area with comfortable furniture. Highly recommend this house for a family beach vacation!

Amazing Summer Getaway!

We had an amazing four night summer stay. The home was very clean and spacious. Mark answered all of our questions easily. The house is in a great neighborhood and only a couple blocks from the beach. We will definitely stay again.

Brigantine Island Rental

Had a terrific stay at this beautiful property on Brigantine Island. The house is conveniently located in walking distance to the beach, the house is new and very spacious and beautifully decorated, and the owner was extremely responsive to every question and request. Highly recommended!!

The house is the perfect beach house. The house was super clean and the decor was beautiful—plenty of storage for all your needs. There were chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, beach tags, and bikes for our use. Mark was very easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Quintessential Beach Getaway!

This is a wonderful home for a family beach trip! Beautiful, comfortable, great kitchen, excellent layout for spending time together, and for finding a quiet spot (balcony, porch, backyard) when desired. Home is VERY clean and well-kept-- owners were very quick to respond and offered excellent suggestions for making the most of our stay-- they thought of everything to make this home feel like home! Lovely, safe, friendly neighborhood; very close to beach, restaurants and shops. We will definitely return and highly recommend!

Memorial Day Weekend Trip with Family

Great property close to the beach! Quiet neighborhood, property looked exactly like the pictures online. Plenty of space for my family. Each bedroom had their own bathrooms which was wonderful. Owner communcated with us very well and quickly. Owner was able to let us check in earlier than expected which we really appreciated. Overall great stay. Would definitely book again!

Beautiful beach home

This was our second year staying in this beautiful beach home. Let me start by saying the house is immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is very well-appointed and has all you need to make breakfasts, and dinners if you choose to do so. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom for everyone's privacy. You're free to use the garage which is nice to unload all your stuff after returning from the beach. There's also a nice outside shower. The owner is extremely easy to work with and answers all questions in a timely manner. I hope to be back again next summer.

Nice house/duplex with good access to beach

Home and pictures were as advertised. Prop requires renters to bring own linens and towels which was not evident at time of renting and came when supplied very specific house rules after cancellation window. We were traveling by plane so were able to work out issue with owner to our satisfaction. One bed in lower level was still broken and needed to be repaired but did not impact our stay.
